A truly excellent app, and an amazing customer service, always active and attentive. Today Suzan has helped me patiently and proactively to customize some configurations, and now I'm super satisfied with the result! Thanks!!!

This is an update of my first review. I can definitly affirm that the customer service is exactly what we are expecting when we are in business. Susie is the second developper who helped me. I asked few changes and she did all with patience and care. She managed perfectly how I wanted to be. My website look very serious with this app. A big thank to Susie and Lilit. Lilit was a very helpfull, kind, and reactive assistant . The app is amazing. I probably installed 10 different app in my shop before to find the good one. and for 8 dollars per month you get everything you need. I am so happy, my website in a few minute is ready with an excellent translation. And I have a lot of words. Recommended for people who needs something serious. Thank you for this app and the customer service!

Ani was amazing!!!! I was really picky with where I wanted the language button on my site, and she worked with me for quite literally hours, making sure it was in exactly the right place for me. Incredible customer service!! :)

I am very happy with this app It does everything I was looking for , it is very easy to install and I has some issues with the drop down location but Suzan was great at helping me and to fix it... great service and great app .....if you are looking for a tool that enables you to sell internationallly you´ve just found it !!... aldo I needed to add some more languages and Lilit was extremely helpful and nice to me.... such a great service !!!

Absolutely incredible customer service! Developer Tigran from Gtranslate has been very helpful with all sorts of minor translation-tweaks to our highly customized site. We totally recommend this app based on the customer service alone. I wish it had a few more features, e.g. proper language codes for sub domains, the possibly to tweak translations before launching new language, etc.

It created a problem on the mobile version of my website but Sergey fixed it and it works perfectly now. Except that, the app works fine and have a good translation. I don't have to manually correct everything.

I really have no idea how they get to 5 stars. The auto translation is convenient but then not everything can be translated. If you use other Shopify apps like a countdown timer or pop ups, they won't translate it. You can request their developer to program it for you, which is what I did. After 2,5 weeks, still not fixed. I gave up. I switched to langify which is a little more pricey but it gives me full control to do everything by myself, any single bit of the website can be translated. I cannot wait 3 weeks each time I change something on my website... Also the customer service seemed overwhelmed. I've even sent a PDF with screenshot to show what needs to be fixed and the customer service contact couldn't even tell me the status of it... she also didn't pass it over to the developer, so I was in touch with the developer and send it over again. Nobody tracked the progress on my issues but asked me to verify what was done, what wasnt and to tell them "to speed up the process". Is that customer "service" ?!
