Thank you so much for your patience:Susanna. Because we changed a theme,we can't see the muti-langeuage showing on our website. We changed the format,text color,backgroud again and again until we are satisfied.

I installed it before in a free version and skipped to another app with a different approach. No i switched back to gtranslate with a bilingual paid plan. So far i am happy. if there were two translations included it would we best !! Support is fast and willing to help you. I talked to Ella and she helped immediately. Thanks and waiting for the second translation XD

Some things could be done easier. For example, I cannot create the rule for a 2-character word, so I have to change it manually everywhere. The selector could have more design options. Still, it's a good app provided that it's based on a Google Translate engine. I had an issue with relocating the selector on top to the header row. Their support on behalf of Susanna, Elen, and Ella was very helpful in terms of correcting all my remarks to my satisfaction. I didn't give 5 stars as it feels like there are some things that could be improved. Still, the app is reliable enough and worth installing.

There was times where it was really confusing for both parties, plus the difference in time zone made it harder to communicate instantly. However, Sergey was patient and help to fix the issues that we were facing. It would be good if support was 24hours.

I wanted to customize the header of my website to include the language translation widget on mobile and desktop views. Ripa who granted me technical support was very diligent at accomplishing exactly what I wanted! 100% recommend this app and their customer service!

Support is great, I had many... I mean MANY questions, and they helped with each one of them. Ella was nice to talk to and did exactly what I ask for. Nice support, they answer fast. I had another issue recently, nothing was working and I was getting desperate! the developer, went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. I am eternally appreciative, great customer service.

Worked perfect for sites require low maintenance of translation e.g. Traditional Chinese <> Simplified Chinese translation. Ella has helped us to modify the app as requested. Highly appreciated.
