Added the app this morning and had to contact their support for two technical issues. Had the pleasure of dealing with Ripas and Borya which were quick an efficient in helping me. Couldn't ask for better support!!

I checked almost all translate apps on the shopify and I think that GTranslate is one of the best ! The most important: GTranslate works, dont damage the HTML store code, like many other applications. Very good support f.ex. Ripa, Ella and Lillt they are very helpful ! ! !

Very useful app for translation to sell in multiple countries. I had some questions about functions and the support (Lilit) helped me super well. I wanted to change the position and design of the language selector and this was done very nice and quickly

My experience with this translator app was awesome. Initially, I tried on another translator app which did not end well for me because it was way too complicated for me to use. However, with this GTranslate app, everything was so smooth and so easy to use. In addition, I'd just like to emphasise on the excellent and efficient help by Ella. She was really patient and responded really fast to my enquiries. I had many difficulties along the way, however, she never failed to patiently guide me to resolve the issues. Thus, I'd like to thank the team for creating this app for me as well as for the fantastic help given by Ella! Thank you <3

Ella is really helpful, i had a lot of questions and problems but she answered speedily. I am happy with the customer service from her. translation immediately is really powerful and shorten the time of manual translate. Will test it more and hopefully will be able to launch different languages soon in our web store.

The Gtranslate app has a lot of features but it is a little bit difficult to understand how to set it up if you are not so good with IT. Luckily they have a very good technical support online, I was chatting with Lilit and she helped me with everything I needed, even doing some customisation for me... very glad I found someone to help me, THANKS!

After months with this application ... my verdict is: ineffective service WITH HUGE ERRORS You can find that your website shows the word "SEXTOYS" and you don't realize it until a relative of yours tells you ... (and no, there are no sexual content products on the website) I've been with this application for a few months and now I'm definitely going to switch it as soon as I can. Firstly, they don't add "reflang" tags by default, which is very important for international SEO (and especially if your target multilingual country). SEMrush helps you detect this error ... because GTranslate already told you that it even says "no need" (that answer is unproductive) Second and WORST: I find a bad and unpleasant translation made with the word "sextoys". I contact them, and they tell me that it is because the option "centralized system" activated by default appears, and that activating it will no longer cause such rare translations (they are translations made by other people with the same Gtranslate application and that serve as a basis data for the Gtranslate application). Come on ... someone with a bad idea set about doing those kinds of translations that really are not, and thus affect the entire network of websites with GTranslate. Imagine .... because the word translated "sextoys" was ... PRODUCTS. So,... PRODUCTS = SEXTOYS
