Ella is great. Helped me solve an issue and gave advice on how to avoid it in the future. She was also quick to respond.

Doesn't translate cart info either emails. Translation not very good, i got better results directly on google translate. Have to edit every page. Widget doesn't look good (low res) on web site.

First let me present my appreciation of my dear agent Ms Lilit. She is patient and skillful to handle my request. I got a satisfied solution with her efforts. I was looking for some multilingual app that chic and cheap to my site and business development. And I have tried langify which is a big time-cost but less efficient, however, it was self-defined accurate anyway upon our translation skills. And a trial on weglot as well which is big money cost. 1. Their agent supports you standby to your sanctification; 2. The translations do respond the origin language well. I see, translation is not an easy thing, it has contexts for human translators to figure out the meaning as well. I just suggest to make your language simple and short. Then you will get well understood by your customers with this app. 3. It sets up a unique url name with the respond language and the seo could be translated as well. People surfing with browsers get well senses about what language they are viewing. I just had my second trial day with GTRANSLATE. And I rate a five star for its customer service and its possibilities to support my site. And thanks again. Lilit.

I used the apps for few weeks. The app has a bug with the checkout page. I wanted to get the checkout page to match the language of the site, with no success. For example, I wanted a French checkout page for a French website, and an English checkout page for the English website, but GTranslate failed to do that. I reached the support multiple times, and also spoke with the deputy CEO as well, but they failed to resolve the issue. Waiting time from the support is very high (can take weeks), and they will do everything they can in order to avoid give you support. In general, the app is failed to provide basic translation services, and the support team is totally nonfunctional. Won't use their service again. UPDATE: 1) I was using the paid version (not the free version, as mentioned in the CEO response) 2) I spoke with Rafael, the deputy CEO, and not Edvard, the CEO (sorry for the confusion).

Amazing app! I was using Weglot which is much more expensive for the same features until i discovered this app. Borya and Lilit from the support were so helpful and litteraly did everything for me in order to set up the app correctly in my store and make it look professional!
