I am just on the free version, but the staff and especially, Ella, have been wonderful. I had some issues with another app I have on our store and they helped us and answered us promptly everytime until the issue was resolved. They were more than willing to help us with everything we needed.

Ella, Suzan, Sergey and Lilit did a fantastic job. Very quick response and amazing effectiveness. You feel yourself very well guided in that "tricky" translation-tool.

it works well and easy to get up and running in less than an hour. Customer services are helpful if you get stuck

They went above and beyond. Ripa was fantastic. She spent so much time fine-tuning everything. She even made sure all the pages were translated. So much attention to detail.

it's great app and great support, it will fulfill all your translation needs with any language , i highly recommend it.

App is translating a lot of stuff on website but unfortunately translation quality is on so poor level that I decided to disable app as in result it might send off too many customers. Obviously app allows you to change translation manually but it is not the point I would like to go to... to many translators you would need to hire and there is much better app in store which allows you only for manual translations

An amazing app. User friendly and very easy to use. But more importantly customer support was outrageous. Ripas was really helpful and resolved A LOT of issues related to the layout. Borya carried on after Ripas' shift finished. Honestly speaking they provided excellent support spending hours with me online resolving all my requests. Elen was also of great help and assistance! Thanks a lot Ripas, Borya and Elen! Very quick responses, efficient, effective and extra friendly!

Customer service with Suzan was GREAT! Excellent help with my install. She helped custom code my desktop and mobile version of my website. In a couple of hours I now have translated websites all over the world.

I have just installed this app and I needed some help to do this. The customer service person Ella was absolutely great. She really answered all the questions and did all the necessary changes in shopify to my specifications. Thank you Ella for all your wonderful help. Other translation tools manipulated our theme files so much. This app works fine without corrupting theme files and meets our expectations. Also, we are happy with their great support. Thanks to Lilit.
