Absolutely incredible customer service! Developer Tigran from Gtranslate has been very helpful with all sorts of minor translation-tweaks to our highly customized site. We totally recommend this app based on the customer service alone. I wish it had a few more features, e.g. proper language codes for sub domains, the possibly to tweak translations before launching new language, etc.

Suzan went above and beyond to help me deal with a small issue that popped up in the installment of the app on my store. Mind you, I currently have the free version of the app. I will not hesitate to upgrade to a paid version when I will need to. Thank you Suzan :-)

Honestly, the best app for translation, and I can say I tried a lot of different apps before. I wanted some customization, and I was helped by ELLA, she edited my code to make it work the way I wanted, and the result is amazing.

I changed from another translate app to GTranslate everything went very easy. Ella helped me to do the setup. Great helpdesk with 24/7 chat. great app!!!

It created a problem on the mobile version of my website but Sergey fixed it and it works perfectly now. Except that, the app works fine and have a good translation. I don't have to manually correct everything.
