Grikor provided excellent service and answered my (many) questions in a timely manner. He helped me to understand the pros and considerations for each level of service and to choose the one I felt was right for my business with confidence. He also provided helpful information and resources that armed me with the ability to successfully add the various subdomains to my DNS records myself. He even followed up with me, and confirmed success and provided an example subdomain of my website without me even asking for it. It was very welcome news, and I appreciate that he took the initiative to do that.

Great fast translations and easily select appropriate languages from a large list. Suzan was excellent in helping me format the dropdown selector so it showed up in the exact location I wanted in my header and footer!

Gtranslate has major problems with source sampling for "Improve Translations". If English source texts are violently truncated in the middle of a word, no reason to discuss translating. In the beginning: "icant for the best feedback." "icant. All that is required." "ication and surface wear protection." "icant (oleic acid" "icant. Do not soak " In the end as well: "few serious flaws. We wi" "and is therefore used as a l" UPDATE. The Customer support helped to find out what is causing word splits - short entries in the "Skip Translation" list, such as "UBR" (L-UBR-ICANT).

I love the app; it has opened markets for me at a reasonable price. I have worked with many team members at G|Translate, and they offer solid support, with a special shoutout to Vahan, Grikor, Suzan, and Arshak. If you want to add accurate translations to your website on a directory (e.g., xxx.com/fr) or a subdomain (e.g., fr.xxx.com), then this app might be right for you.

We're using Gtranslate for a long time now. After upgrading we encountered some issues, because the app was clashing with another app. Arshak has made it his personal mission to fix it perfectly. He kept in touch the whole time and wanted to fix it as soon as possible. The app works great and the service is amazing. 100% recommended
