Our company is not able to link up multiple variants with our Shopify Plus store in order to sell multiple designs and sizes within the same listing. Response from Kickflip customer service has been very slow. Our product launch is on hold costing us potential revenue daily. We have no choice but to search for another solution to better fit our customization needs.

J'ai contacter l'équipe de kickflip pour voir si leur application pouvait fonctionner avec notre projet, nous confectionnons des rideaux sur mesure. Depuis 5 ans nous avons du mal a trouver une application efficace pour le calcul d'équation. Cindy nous a expliqué durant le call que l'application pourrait être notre solution. Ce fut non seulement le cas, mais l'application a de loin dépasser nos attentes ! Nous vous sommes infiniment reconnaissant pour le service et pour l'assistance, encore merci !

I’m genuinely so disappointed, because I really want Kickflip to work for my business—but I’ve run into constant issues that haven’t been resolved. I’ve spent months trying to build out custom product options for bulk custom magnets and stickers, and I continue to receive blank orders through the app—almost daily. These orders come through with no selections made and no charge to the customer. Building the logic for my use case was extremely time-consuming, and there wasn’t a perfect solution for what I needed—but I still managed to work around the limitations and get it functioning. From the customer-facing side, everything looks and works beautifully. But despite all the effort I’ve put in, I’m now at the point where I feel like I have no choice but to remove the app from my shop, which makes me really sad. I’ve gone through every possible configuration with a fine-tooth comb. All options have pricing, all logic is correctly set up, and everything appears to function as expected from the customer’s perspective. Still, the issue persists. Initially, support told me it might be related to Google Ads configurations. I removed the listings from Google Ads entirely, but the problem continues. I’ve been told multiple times that the issue was resolved—but unfortunately, it hasn’t been. At one point, all of my logic was correct, but pricing wasn’t displaying for certain options. Support was able to fix that—but even after, I’ve only been able to capture one legitimate sale with actual data attached. The most concerning part is that customers seem to be able to place blank, $0 orders repeatedly, with no selections—and somehow, it still collects full customer information. I’ve tried reaching out to these customers, but I never get a response. I don’t know if these are accidental, the result of a glitch, or something else entirely—but it feels like a serious flaw in the system. I want to keep using Kickflip because it has real potential, especially for products with lots of customization. But given the amount of time I’ve sunk into building everything, it’s heartbreaking to have to walk away from it due to persistent, unresolved issues.

I've been using Kickflip for some time and you won't find a better customizer on Shopify. Take your time and make it what you want. It is worth it. You have a problem Cindy will come through and make sure you are headed in the right direction. This is the app that lets you play in the same arena as the big boys.

I have to give credit where it’s due—Kickflip truly exceeded my expectations! I recently faced a major issue with my Shopify integration where product variants weren’t generating correctly, which caused significant disruptions to my business operations. At first, I was frustrated, but their team stepped up and handled everything incredibly well.

Shit, it's hard to operate, and the shopping cart function can't be added. What kind of brain can come up with this kind of plug-in?

I joined kickflip at the right time. I was told I would need an engineer to connect my domain to the plugin. They came back a few days later and manged to seamlessly integrate the customizer to my shopify theme. No other app allows the level of customization with such simplicity. The ability to layer pieces and attach colors makes the options endless as long as you get creative with the logistics of your designs. The only thing better than the product itself is the support. They always go out of their way to help me and work endlessly to improve the app. I look forward to what is to come in the future. If you get stuck while using this app dont hesitate to reach out. They will help you. Now that Shopify Dawn 2.0 links directly to the customizer from the description, all the way to checkout, there is no reason why anybody shouldnt be able to use this app. Dawn 2.0 is the deafult on shopify so its nearly impossible to mess this up. I come from the field of construction and was morbidly afraid of computers grwoing up and I can do this. Anyone else brave enough to step into entrepeneuership can handle using this app. Great job guys!!!

We updated our cart in their app, as they said to do in their help and then our cart stopped working and people couldn't check out. We have had to revert back to an old version of our site and then lost lots of work we have done.

Starting with the good: a beautiful and really simple to use interface, both on the builder end and consumer end, well done on that. But we're now facing several issues which are making it now impossible to continue using this app. 1) Inventory management: not linked to Shopify, making it a nightmare to update and know when we're out of stock. Especially with 2 warehouse Locations. 2) The app does not apply your store's Market pricing. So if you're having certain market's with a price % adjustment set up in your Market settings on Shopify, Kickflip will ignore that, resulting in incorrect prices displayed before adding to cart. 3) The tipping point for us and worst part: Customers can place an order on out of stock SKUs if they add to cart days or even weeks before you are out of stock. This resulted in many losses, refunds and annoyed customers. 4) Lastly, pricing. It's good if you're starting up, but not fair / too high if you want to scale up for the limited feature they offer. Overall, really disappointed as we thought we found a great app. Still a lot of work to do.

Currently, due to Shopify’s 100-variant limit and the inability to share inventory between variants, stock management is handled on Kickflip’s side. The good news is that Shopify recently announced an increase in the variant limit to 2000 and we have already begun preparations to align with this update. This will include connecting with Shopify SKUs and supporting weights. Rest assured, significant improvements are on the way. We also sincerely apologize for the challenges you’ve faced with market pricing and out-of-stock management. While we are working on permanent fixes, if you contact our customer support team, we can revert your account to a previous version of our Shopify integration, which should resolve these issues immediately. Finally, we’ll soon be launching a new, more flexible pricing structure designed to support your growth as you expand your sales with us. This will ensure that you can continue scaling affordably and get even more value from our platform. We’ve reached out privately to collaborate on a solution that meets your expectations and helps improve your experience with Kickflip.
