Previously we ran our customs business using a form where customers could submit a request, our team of designers would create a mockup of the custom and then then it would be sent back to the customer. There was a lot of wasted time (and by extension money) creating designs for customers who would never respond or were just curious to see what it would look like and not really interested in purchasing. Kickflip has been a gamechanger for us. Although it isn't able to spit out final products, our customers can now get a feel for what they want and what works before even submitting it to our team. We then take that design, finesse it a bit, and send it back for final approval. Turnaround times are so much quicker and easier, and having a customer-designed mockup of the product instead of descriptions and color choices has made the actual product creation much easier.

It is the best app i've tested so far! Some features must be added to be perfect, but they keep updating its features and listening to its costumers. Costumer support is really great, Cindy was very helpful everytime i had some problem. Fully Recommend

Great App really useful and i like that i am able to put one product on for free so i can test and see how it goes before adding my future products.

We use this app to allow customers create custom signs that we printed and fabricate. After working with a lot of different customization apps, this is by far the best looking. Now, it doesn't do exactly what I need it to do, but there are enough features to let me create work arounds and still create a great experience for our customers. I give it 4 stars due to some of the things that it is lacking and some rough backend UI/UX, but the Kickflip teams seems like they are eager to grow and develop this app and I am excited to work with them in the future to create a great product! They customer support is second to none and that is super reassuring when working through any struggles.

Endless possibilities. Our company has been using this app for a little over a year. We have used this app for our custom vest and jacket program, which has made a big difference in sales and content. Customer service is helpful and will always answer your questions. We use this app for our new collections jacket and this app allows customers to personalize their jacket. I would highly recommend this app to anyone with the need to personalize products. The team has been so helpful and with me ever step of the way. I first requested a demo in which Jackie listened to my ideas and advised me on the possibility of these ideas to come to life! We have also had some follow ups, I would give this app and their customer service a 100/100 if I could!

Man, I have no words how I wished for an app like this. For half a year I was searching for a customizer app (even for other plattforms than Shopify). I tried all the standards. Not one satisfied me. Best Product Customizers UI is so elegant. You don't have to study the manual for hours. You can start right after installation. This will soon become the No. 1 app for customization, there is no doubt. You have a new customer! Keep on the good work!

This app has saved me hours and hours of dealing with indecisive customers that aren't sure what they want their custom product to look like. Now they can design it themselves and I don't need to get involved. The setup process has a bit of a learning curve, but if you know Photoshop (or someone who does) you can make a pretty amazing user experience with this app that saves time and makes money.

This app is powerful and affordable. We can now offer custom goods to the masses as this app allows for our customers to create the product they want and pay for the order without asking for a mock-up. There is a learning process but its definitely worth the effort. we are looking forward to expanding our offering in the near future.

We, OSAKA HOCKEY, have been using MyCustomizer to create a possibility for our customers to make their own unique hockey stick. This is the perfect customizer for relatively simple structured products. If you want to make an extensive, more complicated customizer, it is important to first check out the possibilities that MyCustomizer has to offer so that you will not be confronted with unexpected situations later on. You can always rely on some basic tutorials, and not to forget about the great customer support of MyCustomizer. The personal help (video calls with Renaud, chats, mailings) adorns this company and makes the MyCustomizer experience very pleasant. They reassure you and actively search for solutions if you have problems. Because the OSAKA customizer is quite complicated we came across a few unknown bugs that will be fixed in the near future or that the structure of the customizer we made suddenly was no longer achievable because of lack of possibilities at the moment. But with the help of My Customizers Customer Support, everything worked out fine in the end. This app has a lot of potential to grow. We definitely recommend this app and look forward to future development and collaborations.

Highly recommend! The admin UI is easy to use, has a lot of built in options, and is responsive. Once everything is set up, its fast and easy to make any updates as needed. Customer support is phenomenal! Renaud and his team are reliable and quick to respond to any issues we have encountered. Overall a great product that fit our needs well.
