Hi there, Thank for leaving a review. Note that our app sends through the dimensions and weight and Package type you select for orders to Auspost, and they scan and process the parcels. So if you have submitted correct information and Australia Post says you have under declared it, it is an issue with their systems, not with our app. In saying that, perhaps your app configuration could be improved. Also, we would be happy to look at some of these notices from Auspost (as we often do for customers) to help identify what the issue might be. We have live chat on every page of the app and our local Australian team responds quickly to all enquiries. You can also email as or use the contact link on the app page. We would be quite happy to look at some of these notices Auspost has provided you and try to help you ensure you don't have ongoing issues with them and their scanning of your parcels.
