Been using it for a DAY and it is already so easy!

Our first time using this app, bit nervous but getting use to it, simple all in one area, very helpful support, on time, didn't have to wait for 3 days for an answer. Thank you guys. Mr Windows

I want to start my review by saying that the customer service has been exceptional, which as a new business, starting out, has been invaluable. The speed and professionalism and detail in responses has been very much appreciated - especially tailored screen recordings to help me. I find the app extremely easy to use, it has really streamlined my processes and I have been able to do everything I need to (except provide labels to post simple letters but that's not a huge deal for me, just worth noting and I believe it may be coming in the future). Thanks team for all the help and support!

Ever since finding this app last year I have been extremely pleased. I was manually inputting all my orders online through AusPost which took me, quite literally, days to input hundreds sales. Now it takes me minutes with a simple click of the button. What a time saver. Thank you for such a simple, yet powerful, app.

Amazing and easy to use. As soon as you download the app you think it's really difficult but it's not. It's pretty easy. You just need to go step-by-step and also the team is really amazing. They help you if you have any difficulty I'll be definitely recommending this app.

Unfortunately, I have found it is not often that when encountering an issue in business, one can have utmost confidence in a supplier to be able to provide immediate fixes. I have found this with Australia Post MyPost Business. Whenever I use the chat feature, there is always someone there to help me. Being able to resolve issues in a timely manner has been crucial in allowing me to spend time on other things. Am very grateful to Nathan and the team and highly recommend this app.
