I saw that this app was offering a trial so I thought I would give it a try to see if it would save me time on the postage process and I am so glad I did! The live chat option that the app has is great, I had answers to all of the questions I had within minutes and Nathan was so helpful!! The postage process has been made so much easier using this app, I am now saving so much time and I no longer have to copy and paste addresses, phone numbers, emails, tracking details for each individual customer, so there is less room for errors! Thank you so much to Nathan and his team for making such a great app!!

Absolutely recommend this app. Seamlessly integrates with our Auspost Business account. Very easy to set up and streamlines order fulfillment at every stage. Accurate selection of postage rates while being easy to modify if required, quick order & packing slip printing built in. Much better than the other app we were using. Great work!

The first version of the app was fantastic, I loved it! Then a newer version came out which I found difficult to use. The developers are great, they address and solve problems quickly. The second version is a little over complicated for my liking, but I've settled in with it and know my way around it. Now I wish it had a "hold" function, for when a customer wants me to put an order aside for weeks or even months!

Hi, thanks for the feedback. We spent the last month making some more improvements to the order display, so the new view is much more like the previous app, along with a bunch of order improvements in app speed and features. As for the display, we added a 'Dense' view which is like the previous app. For changing Satchel size, an order does not have to be expanded. Just click on the Package details in the order grid, and you can change packaging information quickly. We support many customers with different requirements, and a carrier that has many options and features. We also have very active support via Live Chat so if you have queries it is best to ask for support and we could be happy to assist. Kind Regards.

Needed some help setting up the new version of this app. Nathan was extremely helpful and shared full tutorials on how to set up. Love this app, not sure how i ever lived without it!

A great app. 50% of my sales are international, and this helps save a lot of time. No need to manually fill in customs documentation. It also makes my domestic shipments easier & faster. The team at MyPost are super quick to address any issues, and they updates keep improving the app. I find the formatting of the invoices a little basic, and could be improved with increasing key details such as shipping address, so I still use my invoices in Shopify, but all in all I love this app.

The app integrates perfectly with MyPost, and now I can print labels and pick slips from it too. Upgrading was easy as all the information is available in-app already - everything has been thought out. It's worth using this app solely so that you don't have to copy and paste addresses into MyPost, but it does so much more. A real productivity booster.

Nathan helped set up my updated version of the app so quickly even made a video to help assist me. He answered all my questions so quick. The app is better now that you don't need to log into aust post then paypal then print.

The app its self is really good, and has helped me increase the speed of my order processing by A LOT and is a no-brainer for any Australian business! Needed some help with the new update and Nathan sent me a video response (very quickly) walking me through what I needed to do which was super helpful and some of the best support I've ever received! Thanks again, Hippie Hut! :)

Love this app..saves me so much time. Automatically checks the integrity of the customer supplied suburb vs postcode. The new version enables you to pay and print from the app without having to go into mypostbusiness online. The bulk handling of orders for label printing and fulfillment massively reduces time and eliminates any errors that would occur trying to fulfill orders individually. Lots of other cool features simplify fulfillment. We've increased productivity substantially with this simple addition to our business.

I've been using this App for months now and cannot believe the amount of time it saves. It does exactly as described: creates the label which is then paid for via MyPost Business account, print the label and then fulfill the order all within the app saving cutting and pasting between Shopify and MyPost. Really like that I can track orders from the App as well. If I could request an enhancement it would be to allow two parcels per one order in the event that customer's order needs to be packed into more than one box.

Thanks for your review! Two parcels per order isn't natively supported by MyPost at present, but our app does support partial fulfilments, so you can achieve this - look in our Help section at 'How to Partially Fulfill an Order'.

I have been using this App for a week and it saves a siginificant amount of time not have to use the MyPost website. Allows the integration to eBay too which saves even more time. Would be good if there was a way to print the labels on to A5 paper though, 1 label per A4 is a bit wasteful.

Hi there, thanks for your review. Note that there are label format/output options for Domestic labels in the Carrier Settings area of the app. For MyPost you can choose between A6 and A4 formats. For other questions, just use LIve Chat in the app, thanks!

Just started to use this app and so far it's does what it claims. It's saved me time from cutting and pasting into AP website and also saved me cutting the reference number back into Shopify. Very pleased with this so far. Little thing. I love how it let's you know that address does not match AP post codes and you can rectify as many people seem to have "post code envy". Once thing I would love for it to have is the ability to take off the customer phone number from the label (privacy reasons only as some customers may get cranky). I know I can manually do this but would love an option to put than in the setting somewhere so it did it automatically. Overall, very pleased with the APP. Not sure how the pricing will go so will find out in a month :) Update: Wow: the new update app is amazing team...at first it was a bit scary and thought I would not like it but wow, the features and customisation included is freaking incredible. Taking out the step to log into Australia post...amazing!!! Maybe you had that function in the old app but I just discovered it :) Love the customisation of the screes too, able to give the team only what they need to fulfil their orders and plus you have taken one big step out of the equation by integrating the payments +++++ GREAT JOB! Great Value for money as I've been using this for over 6 months.

At this point in time this app is the best way for users of MyPost Business to quickly (and accurately) import label data into the service for label creation. The interface is really simple, easy to use but customisable to suit your store's needs. You'll have to jump back in to the MyPost Business on the web to pay for your labels but just about everything else can be handled in the app. We've tried a few and this is the best app for Australia Post MyPost Business. If you're creating less 5 labels a day, I'd stick to manually entering and save your cash. Anything more than that, this will save you a lot of time - highly recommended!

This app has enabled me to return to use MPB whose domestic rates are much preferable to my company vs contract rates. I was worried that work would be created with fufillment etc again but nope, it's all done with a single click. Easy to use & set up - very happy with the app! Would love to see a combine order function in future.

I just want to thank you for creating this app. I have been through so much with Australia Post trying to set up an eParcel account just to get a Shipping automation happening but the rates are ridiculous. This matches great MyPost rates pricing and efficiency. Literally heaven!!!! Thank you so much.
