I have been using this app almost two year. Fantastic app. Navidium alway get back with me quickly if I have questions. Easy app that everyone can install it.

We have been using this app for the last 6+ months and it has been amazing with no issue. The team is easy to work with and resolve all inquiry and issue in a timely manner. Business is tough in this economy and what Navidium has provided to our small company is another option to survive and compete with the big company. Thank you Navidium!

Great app! Navidium works well and they even set it up for us. Love this App! The company is really supportive of small businesses like ours.

What's not to love? Free money (we already insured everything). Simple to install. No effort to operate - it just sits there like a fly trap collecting money. While it is certainly not a game changer financial wise (we mostly sell expensive products), it is a nice little addition We have a high rate, abut 75%, who leave the checkmark at checkout. It really is too good to be true, but in this unusual case, IT IS TRUE!

Would recommend to any online company that is shipped DTC. If you don't have this app you are leaving money on the table.

This App has saved us so much money. Used to use another company that sells package protection but deals with the customer. We switched and will never go back.

It took some trial and error to get Navidium to work with our process, but once we worked those things out we are EXTREEMLY satisfied with this App. We are able to cover lost/stolen packages each month and are able to make much speedier resolutions for our customers. 10/10 recommend and their support is AMAZING!

Love Navidium, has been a huge improvement over Route who we used previously. It's been easy to use and saved us a lot of money.

I have been using Navidium for about a year now. I like it and it has helped keep more of the money in my pocket. A game changer. I used the other guys (Rou**) and they made all the money and actually denied some of my claims. Glad I am using Navidium. It is the way to go.

5++ Stars -Navidium has been a blessing to our small business, we switched from "the other guys" and wish we had done it sooner. We now have better control over claims and our customers appreciate talking to the company they purchased from, instead of a random company that knows nothing about leather. Navidium has allowed us to provide excellent customer service to our clients during a stressful event. Thanks Navidium....you are the best!!!!

Great product. Great service. Marc always does a great job communicating what he and his team are up to in terms of all the different ways they support merchants.

Navidium Shipping Protection has worked well for our small business. I only wish it didn't show up as a product as most people do 'opt in' it will generally be in your top three with no way to filter it out of an actual store product vs shipping protection.
