Since, implementing Navidium we've been able to increase our avg monthly revenues and offset costs for lost orders among other common shipping issues.
Have been using this app for a short while (around 2-3 months) but am very happy with it compared to some other "options".... their support is good, the product itself is great and our customers have liked having the option. Glad I found this and will be continuing to use this and leverage this app for the foreseeable future.
so happy we switched to navidium. it's so easy to use and has allowed us to handle claim in house which makes it so much faster and offers a better customer journey. nowadays there are so many stolen packages, and normally its the brand that has to cover this loss, not anymore! the additional income stream is also not to be overlooked, this has really helped us cover unexpected shipping fees and allow us to cover any claim without worrying about losing money on an order. highly recommend navidium, thank you for bringing control back to the brands! i would give it more than 5 stars if i could!
Highly recommend it rather than using something like Route. A lot easier to use, and the customer service team is extremely helpful and very responsive.
This is a real app developed by people who understand and appreciate the retailer. We used to use Route for a brief period which was a waste of our valuable dollars. Route keeps all monies made plus they charge you a fortune on top of that. A total joke. Navidium provides an affordable logical solution to insurance where YOU the retailer get to keep the money you make off of each order and then allocate funds as needed when you have a claim. The people behind this company are incredible and CARE about your and our experience. Highly recommend!
I wish i knew about this app earlier! I found this app through a friend and It has helped saved us quite a bit of money right from the start. The team was great and accommodating to install the app on all of our stores and supported it throughout multiple themes. If we ever had a bug or problem, they would be right on top of it and take care of things. They went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful for this wonderful app they have created! Thank you!
We switched from Route... Why pay another company tons of money and redirect our customers to their app/team? It was a broken experience and one we found that route was not accepting claims and leaving customers with a bad taste in their mouth. Navidium put the entire experience back into our hands with a better experience for our customers and for us to recover costs and sometimes more when a shipment goes wrong or is stolen. I would 100% suggest companies go this route for the customer experience alone, and the benefit of a managing your own claims and not having a company your paying a ton of money too to simply decline them.
I would highly recommend the app. The one issue is that it overrides upsells in the cart drawer if you're using Rebuy, but I think it's worth it to have the Navidium app over the Rebuy upsell depending on what you sell.
Best shipping protection service out there, I have used competitors products but they slow down your time to help the customer (which matters the most) navidiium lets you handle the service its the best!
We honestly don't review apps (and we utilizes over 40 in our Shopify store), because most don't work as promised, but I will take the time to review this app. We are continually impressed not only by this app's performance, but also their customer service. When it came to set-up, they were with us every step of the way, answering questions quickly and efficiently. Their support team has complete knowledge of their product, but more importantly, they have knowledge of running a business on Shopify, which is rare. Often times, when we deal with apps' customer service teams, they know programming, but can't fully understand our business needs because they haven't run a business. This app gives us, and more importantly our customers, peace of mind and confidence purchasing with us, while also generating extra revenue to cover any shipping issues. We highly recommend.

Love this app! Incredible, friendly, personalized support that provides fast and easy installation. Zero friction on install!! We were in business with Navidium very quickly and the app has a super simple dashboard to track metrics we want to see, plus a tool to track and report on claims. The claim feature has replaced an internal (Google sheet) that we'd used, for an easy, centralized place to measure claims (and no we don't have that many, but they're all in one easy-to-find place!) If you're on the fence, get the app.

An absolute no brainer for anyone selling physical products in e-commerce.
Our company went through multiple different shipping protection companies and never really got what we wanted until we found Navidium. All the others complicate the process to get help when a package is lost or stolen that we end up having to refund the customer anyway. No need to file police reports or any of that back and forth because Navidium puts the power and control in your hands to create quick and immediate solutions for the customer. We are obsessed with Navidium and recommend the service to everyone we can!
Amazing app. Does what it supposed to do and actually supports and helps ecom owners, unfortunately that cannot be said from another app that we used prior. Thanks guys
So far, I'm not impressed. They installed the app and code into our website and since then the app is extremely slow to load, the setting reset so once you place the amount of money you want to charge the customer for insurance, the data is erased the next day and the learn more button isn't visible. I find that to be the most concerning as I saw another shopify store complain about this last year! The support team has yet to get back to me on any of my concerns.

I'm Marc one of the co-founders of Navidium App. I took a look at all the past communication over the last few days, as well as tested the app and functionality on your site myself as well. Looks like we got everything sorted out for you yesterday, and on my testing I discovered another bug that we just sorted out for you as well. The widget loading speed seems to be quite quick right now (thankfully!) And all the settings seem to be saving properly. My hunch (we still investigating) for why it wasn't initially saving might have to do with the auto install being done originally and not being fully done when we switched it to manual install. But regardless looks like now everything is working properly. The nature of this app is that it is a bit of a complex process, and since it has to play with so many other apps, themes, and carts, the risk is that sometimes bugs show up that we either haven't solved in past, or have never encountered before. Our team aims to resolve these usually within the first few days of onboarding (which is why we always offer 7 day free trial) so that we know our merchants are heading off to the races with the most stable set up. The concept of this app is great to begin with. We had an issue with this app that prevented mobile checkout. After expressing my concerns and uninstalling the application, a co-founder reached out to me explaining the customer service situation and offering to work us through the issue. We are reinstalling the app and giving it another go. When the owners of something care enough to take ownership of a problem, we are always willing to work through issues.
