I have a small business and Navidium has been a blessing for shipping my candles and wax melts. It allows me to control the fees and retain costs unlike other companies that keep everything. This allows me keep a personal touch and handle any claims internally. The customers appreciate the swiftness that I'm able to take care of them. I appreciate that I don't have to submit claims to another company and wait for replies.

I support Navidium 100% vs "the other guys" that keep all our hard-earned money. as a small merchant, every dollar counts and i'll gladly vouch that since i've switched i'm seeing a better profit every month (or at least a fund for insurance claims) for doing what I probably would've done anyway.

We have just been using the free plan as our orders are below 50 at the moment. We found Navidium to be easy to use and just works straight out of the box. There is always new features and updates coming through and the future roadmap looks exciting to say the least. Great app, good customer service and a great price. Highly recommend.

Navidium is a must for a small business, especially when shipping delicate items. We switched from another big name and should have started with these guys from the get go. It makes sense that we control the fees and retain costs unlike the other similar apps to which they keep all of the fees. We now handle our claims internally to which allows us to provide a more personal touch that our customers appreciate.

Simply put Navidum shipping has hands down improved value for my customers and our bottom line. The revenue generated from it covers or marine transit insurance and any excess we need to pay when we have a claim and there’s some left over for us in the end. One of our sunk costs is now a revenue stream.

This app is exactly what a store owner needs. We have worked with other shipping protection services in the past and this is BY FAR the best solution, price, and I recommend it to every shopify store owner I come across that wants to use a shipping protection. Every penny matters in these economic times and Navidium Shipping Protection helps me keep more. Looking at my P&L account for shipping insurance paid out vs retained last year affirmed that. I absolutely love it!

Navidium was easy to install, easy to use, and gets what need done so seamlessly. The team is also very helpful in making sure the implementation works and is an easy UX for the customer. Great company. Left Route to go with Navidium. Why let another company make all the revenue of fees charged when we're doing all the work. I like the Navidium model of letting me keep all the revenue. We have very little issues with shipping but when it does the revenue we have made more than easily covers replacing any orders on our own. Their team is fast if you need assistance with install or if any problems arise.

This is possibly the best app I have on my shop. Installation was easy and it works seamlessly on my website. It puts us in a much better position to help our customers with lost packages without having to file complicated claims or deal with a third party.
