Navidium Shipping Protection is a great app and so much better than Route, in my opinion. It puts the power back into the seller's hands to provide customers with excellent service and 100% claim approval. With Route, our claim approval was under 25% with many mad customers. Route is not a good service; Navidium is fantastic.

Navidium has been absolutely amazing! The customer support team is extremely responsive and extremely helpful (will typically have a response within the hour). My store had been using Route for the longest time. Route determines what they will cover, and makes the claims process very difficult. I found it hilarious that Route collects all money from your customers, and then will refuse reimbursement for certain orders. With Navidium I am in complete control of reimbursing customers and it makes everything so much easier. If you are on the fence between Route and Navidium, your choice should be Navidium and it’s not even close.

Customer service is top notch. With Navidium, businesses control their own shipping protection service which is great for customer service. No other business to rely on to make sure you have happy customers.

I originally signed up with Route Shipping protection and then realised I barely ever needed to actually use the service as the majority of orders arrive with no issue. Seeing Route take all my extra revenue directly out of my business bank account hurt my soul. Thankfully, I discovered Navidium and the rest is history! We've made an extra $16.5k since December and have had to dip into maybe 1% of that to replace lost/ missing orders. So that's an extra $16k in our pocket, not in Routes.
