We have been using this app for the last 6+ months and it has been amazing with no issue. The team is easy to work with and resolve all inquiry and issue in a timely manner. What's not to love? Free money (we already insured everything). Simple to install. No effort to operate - it just sits there like a fly trap collecting money. While it is certainly not a game changer financial wise (we mostly sell expensive products), it is a nice little addition We have a high rate, abut 75%, who leave the checkmark at checkout. It really is too good to be true, but in this unusual case, IT IS TRUE!

Would recommend to any online company that is shipped DTC. If you don't have this app you are leaving money on the table.

Navidium is unlike any other and finally provides the option as a seller to help offer insurance and keep all communications in house with customers so we know our customers are receiving the best care from start to finish without having to fight through claims and third party companies.

Navidium is an excellent app. So much better then Route and others. You get to control the pricing and keep all the profits. You are not an insurance company, you are offering an internal protection plan. Completely legal. Do not let Route scare you into thinking you are going to get in trouble!

Such a great team...been real since day one. You can't go wrong with Navidium. We've been using it for years, much better than throwing your money away to the other shipping insurance companies who bankroll that insurance money.
