Have been using Nembol for 18 months approximately and not had any issues. While changing over websites I encountered a problem with one of my connections and the team helped me to get it resolved. I am up and back working again - thank you Lorenzo!

Great app, they are very helpful whenever I have a issue they help me get it sorted asap thank you to Elisabetta for fixing my issue today. Very reasonable price for the years subscription. This app has saved me numerous hours syncing all my stock across 4 different platforms. Would highly recommend.

Update to Response: 1u days later Nembol responds sarcastically to a customer and fails to point out or accept that despite the many low ratings they need to improve. Good idea Nembol! Blame your customers. Typical! All the reason to not use them, they blame you like a bad ex. Software could be great but no support. All AI chat. You csnnot edit a channel once you labeled it. So terrible for new store development. Sync settings are inconsistent. 3 days no tech response.

Just to clarify: Nembol users can change their store names, as Elisabetta explained. In your case, you contacted us on Saturday, March 22nd, and Elisabetta got back to you on Monday, March 24th. She reset your Shopify-4 login name for free, so you could reconnect. Since in some channels the store name also works as the login name, we need to reset the login when a name change is requested — but this is a quick and straightforward process, which we did our best to walk you through. Pretty much useless. Terrible customer service takes ages for anyone to get back to you. The real problem is any order made on any channels do not get automatically fulfilled after fulfilling in shopify, you have to manually put all your tracking info in to every order on every channel. All the other inventory management systems do this automatically. I can't actually understand what you would use this for as it misses all the main basic functionality you would need.

Ich habe endlich ein Programm gefunden, mit dem ich eBay-Produkte in Shopify importieren kann. Die Bestellungen können auch importiert werden und die Preisregeln sind klasse. Z.B kannst du eBay-Produkte 10% teurer machen als die in Shopify. Nembol ist zudem zuverlässig. Was ich mir noch wünschen würde, ist, dass du die Produktpreise auf einmal z.B um 5€ reduzieren kannst. Aktuell ist das nur mit z.B. 5% möglich. Nembol ist eine Klasse Software und ich bin froh sie gefunden zu haben.

I know some people have not had great experiences with this app, but for me it works wonderfully. I had been looking for about 12 months for an app that does what Nimbol does, I have tried others but they did not work out. Honestly I really like this app, yes you have to mindful how you set it up so it works for you, yes there is a particular way to set up your product listings so that they look good across all platforms, and yes you may want to tweek the listings on each platform a little but once you get that sorted it just works. I have found Customer Support very helpful and quite quick in their response and helping me fix MY mistakes. I use it for Inventory management across my website, my Etsy shop and now Ebay. I have peace of mind that my stock levels are being looked after across my sales platforms.

I have been using Nembol for over a year now and it's okay for the price I do have something to say though that bugs me. We have been teased with improvements for 6 months now which include categories, which would be a super big help for me, this has not been implimented yet. Customer service is slow (due to being in a different timezone I understand but still they dont seem to understand the issue when you get in it). It cannot properly publish to Amazon, sometimes inventory that is marked as out of stock somehow gets back in stock and is sold, which causes issues with the platform metrics because I have to give a refund for out of stock and I get a negative customer experience and negative flag on my account from the platform (etsy, ebay, or amazon). There is no easy way to link two products that are the same from different channels, it says it does it via SKU, but this isn't always correct, they need a manual way to link a product.... that right there would be a MAJOR game changer. If they would impliment the categories and add a way to link products together manually this would easily be a 4 star review instead because the price is right but at this point Nembol is a big headache and slowing down our growth. I really hope they get the ball rolling on promised changes and not just leading us on and I REALLY hope they impliment a manual way to link listings. I feel like the devs should contact and screenshare with a couple of us having ongoing issues to see what we see, the product has a lot of potential but it needs some major tweaking

The program is excellent for migrating your products from one account to another. I made the mistake of deleting my items and they helped me return them. The technical support service is very good and pleasant, thank you!

We used this app to connect to Shopify our multichannel listings for several years. Worked perfectly for our needs. When we had to edit SKU codes, support was very helpful patient and proficient. Highly recommend and it's getting everyday better!

We have been with Nembol from the start of selling on multiple platforms, we could not ask for better service, fast response time, and an all around amazing product! Anyone wanting a product that keeps inventory straight without having to worry, Nembol is the ONLY choice! I have been "testing" this software for almost 1 year -paying $49 a month- and the various different bugs encountered never allowed me to go live with sync among my different channels. Too bad; I really wanted this software to work. I kept on trying. Unfortunately, I just came to learn that Nembol doesn't work with different warehouse locations. I've learnt the hard way! Be careful: One can't connect a shop with 2 locations as products will be automatically duplicated from primary to secondary location randomly. Nembol will write (should I say overwrite) your current inventory even if you have all update switches set to off. Inventory updates can't be stopped. I guess I should have studied the documentation as suggested before connecting this app to my store. My inventory has been totally messed up by this. After damaging my store Nembol terminated my subscription without further notice (leaving the subscription active on Shopify ready for the next bill). Maybe a tool for basic stores with few items 1 location. Not my case.
The issue was SOLVED IN OCTOBER 2022. Thank you for your review. Summary for future users: PROBLEM: SKU duplication happened exclusively with those rare Shopify stores that had both a) active Shopify locations, and b) the same SKU stocked in multiple locations. SOLUTION: On October 4th 2022, Nembol introduced a control blocking inventory sync of products with the same SKUs stored in multiple locations. Please check Product Updates: https://www.nembol.com/product-updates CURRENT STATUS: Users with active Shopify locations can SAFELY USE NEMBOL SINCE OCTOBER 2022. No errors, no glitches, and safe use with app-locations and drop-shipping providers. Back when you used Nembol we had warnings, but the block is now in place for current and future users. We are very sorry for your bad experience. You have been fully refunded for your 1+ year of charges.

Software gets the job done half of the time. I am looking for a different software, but haven't found a better one yet. Current Issues to beware of: It will doublespace your etsy descriptions. It will require the variation name, option name & sku to match before inventory will sync. It will not allow you to edit the description for each store front separately so you can preserve your product links. It only gives you 2 options for syncing between channels, which are inventory count and/or description/pictures If you use etsy's default Primary Color option and the Color option on ebay, it will not allow you to sync until you change them to match, even though Primary Color more heavily favored by Etsy. no refresh button for already imported products to correct import issues.

This app is proving to be a great help in me running my inventory between multiple channels. It is one of the lower cost options but is really flexible, has a lot of options and functionality and the support is excellent.

We used Nembol to Sync our eBay and it helps us to integrate our Old eBay IDs with 2 Etsy Shops, 2 Amazon Shops, Fcaebook shop, Pinterest, Twitter, shopenvy and shopify due to which we are able to sell on multi platforms with very little efforts. Their Help/Support is great and they reply to your all queries instantly. We already recommended it to our friends and business partners. Its very easy and simple to use. Recommended to all!

My experience has been pretty great. Nembol does what it claims to do, has responsive chat customer service through the website, and overall offers a ton of value with both listing and inventory sync. ________________________PROS___________________________________ -Syncs with channels reliably (Shopify, Etsy and Ebay for us) -Manages stock numbers without hiccups (So far, not a single problem, which is frankly amazing given my experience with several other options for inv counting) -Customer Service is friendly and responsive-- consistently responding within 24 hours (except for weekends | just take note: they are in Europe, mostly). Several times the CEO directly responded to me even. The whole operation has a very hands-on feel, from my perspective. -Competitive pricing (We actually saved quite a bit by switching to Nembol from other software solutions). -Has an auto-sync that works for most things from Shopify which I wasn't expecting and is super cool. -Platform/site is generally pretty intuitive and the UI is overall fairly easy to use and figure out. ________________________CONS___________________________________ -The documentation is a little lacking in some places. -I have run into a bug or two with importing/getting all our items working (as is, we have about 1300 items, and about 10 are still having some trouble-- though, their team is working on it and I'm sure it'll get resolved). -There are a few minor UI elements/quarks that take some getting used to.

MUST HAVE APP! I sell on ebay, etsy, amazon and shopify and have been searching for a multi listing programme for some time now. I have tried many others out there without success. This app is FANTASTIC, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Most of the products I sell have appx 10 variations per product and take considerable time to list on each channel and now I can list to one channel and then nembol lists to the remaining channels at the touch of a button. I have found for me that to create a new listing to amazon first as this is the most complicated channel then import to nembol, then let nembol list to the rest of the channels. It also has the functionality of keeping all the stock updated which is an added bonus. This app is saving me hours and hours each week and allowing me to spend more time designing new products. I had given up hope of finding a solution that worked but another fellow ebayer mentioned Nembol in one of the facebook groups I am part of, and I thought I might give it a try, and boy I am so glad that I did. Try it you will not be disappointed.
