Pretty much useless. Terrible customer service takes ages for anyone to get back to you. The real problem is any order made on any channels do not get automatically fulfilled after fulfilling in shopify, you have to manually put all your tracking info in to every order on every channel. All the other inventory management systems do this automatically. I can't actually understand what you would use this for as it misses all the main basic functionality you would need.

Avoid we have used them for 2 years, recently they have asked if we would like to be moved to new interface with an option to moving back to old system for whatever reason. After the change they refused to move us back to old system. Furthermore they have the changed data we were relying on our listings. Customer service not replying to messages.

I have been using Nembol for over a year now and it's okay for the price I do have something to say though that bugs me. We have been teased with improvements for 6 months now which include categories, which would be a super big help for me, this has not been implimented yet. Customer service is slow (due to being in a different timezone I understand but still they dont seem to understand the issue when you get in it). It cannot properly publish to Amazon, sometimes inventory that is marked as out of stock somehow gets back in stock and is sold, which causes issues with the platform metrics because I have to give a refund for out of stock and I get a negative customer experience and negative flag on my account from the platform (etsy, ebay, or amazon). There is no easy way to link two products that are the same from different channels, it says it does it via SKU, but this isn't always correct, they need a manual way to link a product.... that right there would be a MAJOR game changer. If they would impliment the categories and add a way to link products together manually this would easily be a 4 star review instead because the price is right but at this point Nembol is a big headache and slowing down our growth. I really hope they get the ball rolling on promised changes and not just leading us on and I REALLY hope they impliment a manual way to link listings. I feel like the devs should contact and screenshare with a couple of us having ongoing issues to see what we see, the product has a lot of potential but it needs some major tweaking

With nearly 1/2 of their reviews being 1 star.. this is basically all you need to know about the app! Very buggy, with tons of duplicates, and unable to sync all the products and all the orders. Has created tons of wasted time cleaning up its mistakes. The best part, after months of trying to get it to work properly I gave up so I uninstalled it from the shop but I still got charged! They have a company policy of no refunds but will give a 100% coupon with no expiration date for the service you canceled...LOL! This fact here is the only reason I took time out of the day to write this review Their much better apps and more importantly, better run companies here.

Does not integrate well. The inventories wont update and listing takes longer than via the channels you are trying to list too. Not a good replacement for the ebay integration app

I have been "testing" this software for almost 1 year -paying $49 a month- and the various different bugs encountered never allowed me to go live with sync among my different channels. Too bad; I really wanted this software to work. I kept on trying. Unfortunately, I just came to learn that Nembol doesn't work with different warehouse locations. I've learnt the hard way! Be careful: One can't connect a shop with 2 locations as products will be automatically duplicated from primary to secondary location randomly. Nembol will write (should I say overwrite) your current inventory even if you have all update switches set to off. Inventory updates can't be stopped. I guess I should have studied the documentation as suggested before connecting this app to my store. My inventory has been totally messed up by this. After damaging my store Nembol terminated my subscription without further notice (leaving the subscription active on Shopify ready for the next bill). Maybe a tool for basic stores with few items 1 location. Not my case.
The issue was SOLVED IN OCTOBER 2022. Thank you for your review. Summary for future users: PROBLEM: SKU duplication happened exclusively with those rare Shopify stores that had both a) active Shopify locations, and b) the same SKU stocked in multiple locations. SOLUTION: On October 4th 2022, Nembol introduced a control blocking inventory sync of products with the same SKUs stored in multiple locations. Please check Product Updates: https://www.nembol.com/product-updates CURRENT STATUS: Users with active Shopify locations can SAFELY USE NEMBOL SINCE OCTOBER 2022. No errors, no glitches, and safe use with app-locations and drop-shipping providers. Back when you used Nembol we had warnings, but the block is now in place for current and future users. We are very sorry for your bad experience. You have been fully refunded for your 1+ year of charges.

the app only allow percentage uplift to price and not a fixed value not flexible at all and not many options
Hello, after your review, in February 2022 we improved the pricing rules in Nembol and users can now use both % and fixed values. Sellers can also turn On/Off the automatic rounding to .99. This app changed the wrong SKU in my Shopify inventory. After reaching out to support a few times, I requested a refund several days ago and haven't heard anything since. These people will take your money and run, so if you make the mistake of paying for a subscription, you'd better hope it works because you're not getting that money back.
Hello. Thank you for your review. Your Nembol subscription was fully refunded on July 27th 2021. Please double check your credit card statement. Nembol syncs products across channels by connecting products via their product-ID of the source channel. With this mechanics, exchanges of SKU codes and edits of "the wrong SKU" are hardly possible. However, it is always possible for a user to duplicate one of more products in Nembol, possibly edit their SKU codes, and use Nembol to re-list them on the source channel plus additional channels. These actions are instrumental to many e-commerce strategies, but if used unplanned may create a certain confusion. Rest assured that we constantly improve our syncing and our documentation thanks to our users' feed-back. And we thank you for this. Best regards.

I used this app to set up Etsy integration. During the trial, I chose a more expensive tariff and turned it off the next day, but the money was withdrawn from me and they refused to return it. During work, it was not possible to change the tariff anywhere, the tariff can be canceled only after a message to the developer's mail. Nowhere was it written about the additional payment for changing the tariff. Support responds for a long time. Also I uninstalled the app the next day because it didn't work. Orders were not synced. I ended up paying money for nothing. The app didn't work. I do not recommend it. Be careful. Don't install this app!
Hello, we are sorry you had a less then optimal experience on Nembol. According to our records, you upgraded out of the free trial into a paid plan. This stopped the free trial and triggered the charge, collected by Shopify. It seems you haven't noticed it , but all users can downgrade to any smaller plan at any time. For users paying through Shopify, it is sufficient to uninstall the app to stop the charge. We are very sorry you overlooked these options, and we understand this may have frustrated you. AWFUL. This app doesn't work properly. When linking items into ebay it defaults them all to the antiques category. You can then change this in ebay (taking hours) and then this app overrides this and changes them all back to antiques again. Also when an order is placed it doesn't pull through the postage that the customer has paid so the total sales isn't accurate for VAT and accounts purposes. I have reached out to customer support 4 times, each time my message is read and after waiting 2 days for a response it is time to move away from this app and there lack of customer support. Avoid like the plague. - Back to ink frog I go (I had moved away from ink frog because I wanted to link Etsy, amazon and ebay together but this really isn't worth the hassle - never had any of these problems before.)

Nembol uses eBay’s automatic categorizer to put products in eBay's best-fitting category, based on the keywords written in the "Category" field within Nembol. Unfortunately, you typed your brand name in that field – which was not recognized as a category by eBay. This is why your items were listed in an unexpected category. As a solution, instead of changing the category in eBay, please change the keyword in Nembol, so it doesn’t get overwritten at the following edit. We confirm Nembol does not transfer postage rules across channels. Postage rules have to be created once per channel, and then they can be assigned automatically to listings in Nembol. It's a matter of 30 seconds, just once. We’d be happy to help you further, just let us know.

Customer service is rude and unhelpful. This is also the only app on the market that can’t sync orders correctly. When multi item orders sync they get broken out into multiple orders.

Poor Support , can't get them to refund the money after it stopped working in 3 days but having paid for 2 months , have no sense of customer service , STAY AWAY from this lot , it's a promising software but staff and their attitude to customers very very poor ! If there was a negative rating they would score the least in that !

Used this app for about 3 days. It created havok among my store, creating hundreds of listing duplicates on eBay due to a desyncing error on their end. It cost me a lot of money just in eBay fees alone on these constant duplicates. Asked for a refund from nembol, and never once heard back from them after this. Filed a dispute with my bank and Nembol is hiding behind their no refund policy in their Terms and Conditions. Use at your own risk. There are much better options out there that actually function and are much easier to use (and cheaper). -Reply to developer comment Your trial status is only valid for 10 listings. Yes, I had no issues when listing 10 listings. The issues occurred when I then proceeded to list over 200 listings and then without me touching it over night, I awoke to see I now had 2 listings of each on eBay and most of the listings were desynced. I manually synced, deleted the duplicates on all ends, and then later that day Nembol had once again created duplicates of all listings and desynced. I had the next plan up, it was $49. As you said though, it was only $49. You would think you would be willing to refund a single month to keep a client who cancelled after only a few days content. After all, it was only $49. I have been using another software that does the same thing on my shopify, and it flawlessly lists from Shopify to eBay WITHOUT duplicates. This tells me Nembol does indeed create duplicates. I hope for your customers sake, you have figured out why. But, the fact you are unwilling to admit that it did indeed cause problems, shows the lack of integrity in your company. Readers of this long review (sorry) can make a decision for themselves if they want to put their eBay, shopify, and etsy store at risk.

We believe the duplications you experienced may have been due to two or more apps installed in your Shopify store, Nembol and some other, working in parallel. Having to change my glowing 5 star review as I have had a very rocky road with Nembol for nearly 2 years. Constant bugs however support will blame other issues which are not the issue. The products cannot be mapped (so when the system does fail you it cannot resync items on there - you have to delete them all and start again - I've had to do this several times) support can seem helpful but in reality, it doesn't solve the issues. One of the most visually inviting sync management systems but it is so flawed its unworkable. Might work for those with a very small inventory but for us, it caused more stress then help - and it $50 a month that's not fair. Some people in support are nice, others arrogant - I am sure they will try to comment on this review to blame us and not their app - but the fact you cannot even change the email associated with the Nembol account demonstrates how much more work needs to be done to make this app work for the customer. Feel I have given them a very fair chance over the last couple of years and a monthly subscription of $50 to boot. I have a support chat that stretches a mile and still left without a correctly functioning sync. They keep adding new features without fixing the primary purpose.

Very clunky interface that is hard to use. Product mapping between channels is not thought out well. Also, product import makes no sense as the CSV has to be re-formatted and there is no mention of this until you contact the support. Customer service eventually starts ignoring you.
Thank you for pointing out these perceived issues with Nembol. After your latest support request we've been working on improving Nembol on the basis also of your experience. You had problems exporting from Excel a .csv file with ; instead of , as separator, and back then we fixed that issue together. According to our records, you did not ask for further support since then. very very bad experience not as easy as described. I have wasted several hours trying to import my goods to nembal before sending to Amazon a massive headache. The app sends you into a loop. Very bad experience, then i was told to add the id's not easy at all.

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They are totally checked out on any kind of customer service. Do not use this horrible app and company. What a waste of time. Do not give them your money. They are the worst app company I've dealt with. No customer service and their app DOESN'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY.

they wanted me to pay $150 for importing products from etsy, so it's not free even on a trial period and more than that - it's not easy to find how to unsubscribe from it.
