GREAT app!! How to save time.... I sell on ebay , shopify and Etsy!! easy to use and great service through the chat!!!

We've used every listing app out there, and OVERALL, this app is the best for multi-channel listing. Yes it has some quirks, but so do all the others, as the complexity of listing products and variants differs so much across the channels, it's a wonder that any of them work well. What Nimbol does well: PROS: Pricing. Instant updating and importing of channels. Our listings on ebay, etsy, shopify and Amazon were all slightly different due to trying to manage them individually over the years. But we imported everything, found the differences, then went back, updated the channel SKU's, then reimported and worked that way until we had the channels synched and published using only one Nembol listing. Now it's super easy to update and modify across channels. PRO: Email notification every time the channels synch. This email gives you a list of successful imports and a list of errors. This is SUPER helpful, as at first we were wondering why some products weren't imported. The error log told us exactly the issue. (example: "you have 7 variants on etsy, but 6 variants in Nembol") This cleared our question of what happens when etsy has 6 variants and Shopify had 7. So we deleted the Nembol listing, updated the channel listings, reimported and boom! they matched and synched. CONS: Delisting (from within Nembol): If the listing is directly imported from the channel, you can't delist it from within Nembol. (It says it right on the top of the popup). We overcame this (and preferred this method actually) by just deleting the product in the original channel, then in Nembol, then reimported to resynch everything. Perfect. Overall, if you have a pretty complex channel environment and need to update/edit/modify things a lot, NEMBOL is definitely worth the price.

I really wanted to like this app because we really needed something like this. Unfortunately, the UI is poor (e.g. delisting is available even when it doesn't work), the functionality is lacking (e.g. no variant image support), and it's quite buggy (e.g. errors without explanation). Also, if you have a larger number of SKUs, the bulk publishing is quite limited with no options for filtering product by attributes. I will say, support was responsive and helpful, but at the end of the day, it's not a support issue, it's a product issue.

Hello, this review is now (June 2022) quite old. We thank you for it and for the chance it gives us to address some points for all users: 1. Nembol Delist command from a channel works only when that channel is connected to Nembol. If the channel was manually disconnected from Nembol by the user, or if the permissions granted to Nembol were manually removed in the channel apps section, Nembol can't interact with the channel at all and hence can't delist either. 2. Errors are returned by channels. Since you wrote, we kept improving our mapping and our translation of coded errors into plain-language descriptions. The User Experience is now greatly improved. 3. Image per variant: we still do not have this feature. But we planned for it within Q4 2022. Please check later. Everything else about variants list and sync works fine. 4. Listing / syncing subsets of products after filtering. We improved the filtering in the Products tab, and more filtering are planned. We also improved the search with the introduction of exact search in "quotes". Now users' ability to select subset of products to be listed in greatly improved. We will write you privately to find out if you wish to try again our app. Thank you.

This app changed the wrong SKU in my Shopify inventory. After reaching out to support a few times, I requested a refund several days ago and haven't heard anything since. These people will take your money and run, so if you make the mistake of paying for a subscription, you'd better hope it works because you're not getting that money back.

Hello. Thank you for your review. Your Nembol subscription was fully refunded on July 27th 2021. Please double check your credit card statement. Nembol syncs products across channels by connecting products via their product-ID of the source channel. With this mechanics, exchanges of SKU codes and edits of "the wrong SKU" are hardly possible. However, it is always possible for a user to duplicate one of more products in Nembol, possibly edit their SKU codes, and use Nembol to re-list them on the source channel plus additional channels. These actions are instrumental to many e-commerce strategies, but if used unplanned may create a certain confusion. Rest assured that we constantly improve our syncing and our documentation thanks to our users' feed-back. And we thank you for this. Best regards.

So far so good! I've only had the app a few days and already found it to be so fabulous that I have opened a 2nd account for another Etsy shop that I want to sync to Shopify. I used the first account to swap listings from one Etsy shop to another saving me countless boring mind numbing hours of work! The customer service is great and they get back to you quickly. I definitely recommend this app if you need to sync between Etsy and Shopify.

Fantastica app. La usiamo per pubblicare prodotti su eBay e Amazon da Shopify, e per centralizzare ordini e allineare magazzini. Serve un po' di avviamento all'inizio e per questo il supporto è di grande aiuto. Grazie!

I used this app to set up Etsy integration. During the trial, I chose a more expensive tariff and turned it off the next day, but the money was withdrawn from me and they refused to return it. During work, it was not possible to change the tariff anywhere, the tariff can be canceled only after a message to the developer's mail. Nowhere was it written about the additional payment for changing the tariff. Support responds for a long time. Also I uninstalled the app the next day because it didn't work. Orders were not synced. I ended up paying money for nothing. The app didn't work. I do not recommend it. Be careful. Don't install this app!

Hello, we are sorry you had a less then optimal experience on Nembol. According to our records, you upgraded out of the free trial into a paid plan. This stopped the free trial and triggered the charge, collected by Shopify. It seems you haven't noticed it , but all users can downgrade to any smaller plan at any time. For users paying through Shopify, it is sufficient to uninstall the app to stop the charge. We are very sorry you overlooked these options, and we understand this may have frustrated you. AWFUL. This app doesn't work properly. When linking items into ebay it defaults them all to the antiques category. You can then change this in ebay (taking hours) and then this app overrides this and changes them all back to antiques again. Also when an order is placed it doesn't pull through the postage that the customer has paid so the total sales isn't accurate for VAT and accounts purposes. I have reached out to customer support 4 times, each time my message is read and after waiting 2 days for a response it is time to move away from this app and there lack of customer support. Avoid like the plague. - Back to ink frog I go (I had moved away from ink frog because I wanted to link Etsy, amazon and ebay together but this really isn't worth the hassle - never had any of these problems before.)

Hello, our customer support replies from Europe during local business hours. We are sorry this wasn't enough for you, we really try to do our best. Nembol uses eBay’s automatic categorizer to put products in eBay's best-fitting category, based on the keywords written in the "Category" field within Nembol. Unfortunately, you typed your brand name in that field – which was not recognized as a category by eBay. This is why your items were listed in an unexpected category. As a solution, instead of changing the category in eBay, please change the keyword in Nembol, so it doesn’t get overwritten at the following edit. We confirm Nembol does not transfer postage rules across channels. Postage rules have to be created once per channel, and then they can be assigned automatically to listings in Nembol. It's a matter of 30 seconds, just once. We’d be happy to help you further, just let us know.

I obtained this app to help keep my Etsy, Shopify and Amazon listings synced. I am beyond happy with the customer service from this company. And this app is very powerful. I'm learning something new everyday. I haven't been able to sync my Amazon listings because I'm not a Pro Seller and I'm still tweaking the process with which i import orders to Shopify from Etsy I've been able to link to my facebook, pinterest, twitter and tumbler. Thank you so much for making this app!! Great job!

Poor Support , can't get them to refund the money after it stopped working in 3 days but having paid for 2 months , have no sense of customer service , STAY AWAY from this lot , it's a promising software but staff and their attitude to customers very very poor ! If there was a negative rating they would score the least in that !

1/30/2021 Update. While I understand the app does some pretty extensive stuff, it doesn't appear to do syncing inventory quantities well. I sell on Shopify and Etsy - that's it. Today, one sale of a single product reduced my Shopify inventory by 2. UNSAT. It could be a setting I have somewhere. No idea. I've been waiting to hear back from the Developer for several days. I just want it to sync inventories. That's it. SKUs match, should be as simple as that. Original Review. Eh.. was hoping to be able to set a different, yet specific price in Etsy vs. my Shopify prices - specifically, EXACTLY 10% above my Shopify prices. For some reason, the developers thought it would be a good idea to force rounding to the nearest .99? Why not give the user the option? When there's competition, and you want to be the lowest price, and people sort by lowest price, it all matters. The rounding to the nearest .99 cents would be a great option, and I certainly see the value in it, truly, but it should be just that - an option. :)

Hi! As for your suggestion, you can now turn on/off the automatic price rounding. For all users: Nembol enables you to set price rules to automatically increase or decrease prices for each channel. You can change prices through a % or a fixed amount.

Wonderful app, linked all our existing listings using their SKU code and now lists connected listings and keep inventory updated. Great to list our products on Pinterest too and Facebook. Our visits are already growing thanks to the automated links this app creates back to our shopify store. Thank you thank you. Also great support! Kudos!

Used this app for about 3 days. It created havok among my store, creating hundreds of listing duplicates on eBay due to a desyncing error on their end. It cost me a lot of money just in eBay fees alone on these constant duplicates. Asked for a refund from nembol, and never once heard back from them after this. Filed a dispute with my bank and Nembol is hiding behind their no refund policy in their Terms and Conditions. Use at your own risk. There are much better options out there that actually function and are much easier to use (and cheaper). -Reply to developer comment Your trial status is only valid for 10 listings. Yes, I had no issues when listing 10 listings. The issues occurred when I then proceeded to list over 200 listings and then without me touching it over night, I awoke to see I now had 2 listings of each on eBay and most of the listings were desynced. I manually synced, deleted the duplicates on all ends, and then later that day Nembol had once again created duplicates of all listings and desynced. I had the next plan up, it was $49. I have been using another software that does the same thing on my shopify, and it flawlessly lists from Shopify to eBay WITHOUT duplicates. This tells me Nembol does indeed create duplicates. I hope for your customers sake, you have figured out why. But, the fact you are unwilling to admit that it did indeed cause problems, shows the lack of integrity in your company. Readers of this long review (sorry) can make a decision for themselves if they want to put their eBay, shopify, and etsy store at risk.

We believe the duplications you experienced may have been due to two or more apps installed in your Shopify store, Nembol and some other, working in parallel.
