My experience has been pretty great. Nembol does what it claims to do, has responsive chat customer service through the website, and overall offers a ton of value with both listing and inventory sync. ________________________PROS___________________________________ -Syncs with channels reliably (Shopify, Etsy and Ebay for us) -Manages stock numbers without hiccups (So far, not a single problem, which is frankly amazing given my experience with several other options for inv counting) -Customer Service is friendly and responsive-- consistently responding within 24 hours (except for weekends | just take note: they are in Europe, mostly). Several times the CEO directly responded to me even. The whole operation has a very hands-on feel, from my perspective. -Competitive pricing (We actually saved quite a bit by switching to Nembol from other software solutions). -Has an auto-sync that works for most things from Shopify which I wasn't expecting and is super cool. -Platform/site is generally pretty intuitive and the UI is overall fairly easy to use and figure out. ________________________CONS___________________________________ -The documentation is a little lacking in some places. -I have run into a bug or two with importing/getting all our items working (as is, we have about 1300 items, and about 10 are still having some trouble-- though, their team is working on it and I'm sure it'll get resolved). -There are a few minor UI elements/quarks that take some getting used to.

Use this app to sync across multiple of the platforms we sell on. Took the time to have a set up meeting with us even though we have an 8 our difference! Great customer service means even when there is an issue I get plenty of help on how to fix it!

MUST HAVE APP! I sell on ebay, etsy, amazon and shopify and have been searching for a multi listing programme for some time now. I have tried many others out there without success. This app is FANTASTIC, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Most of the products I sell have appx 10 variations per product and take considerable time to list on each channel and now I can list to one channel and then nembol lists to the remaining channels at the touch of a button. I have found for me that to create a new listing to amazon first as this is the most complicated channel then import to nembol, then let nembol list to the rest of the channels. It also has the functionality of keeping all the stock updated which is an added bonus. This app is saving me hours and hours each week and allowing me to spend more time designing new products. I had given up hope of finding a solution that worked but another fellow ebayer mentioned Nembol in one of the facebook groups I am part of, and I thought I might give it a try, and boy I am so glad that I did. Try it you will not be disappointed.

I finally found a great solution to synchronize the listing of my products in a single environment. Thank Nembol's team support who guided me to solve some initial setup issues also very grateful to meet Mr. Guido, Nembol's CEO that personally wrote an email to me. Judd Reanthong

Sure, the app is great but the tech support is second to none. This app is ALMOST dummy-proof but pay attention to onboarding instructions. I've used this app to manage (I use this term loosely) my eBay and Etsy stores for almost one year. In that time I managed to make a right-mess of things by not following their step-by-step instuctions/tutorials (provided both written and through YouTube video). Miraculously, Nembol was still able to keep my quantities synced and save me tons of time by publishing listings from eBay to Etsy. After adding Shopify, changing the name of my Etsy store, and pushing "all the buttons", I needed major assistance untangling the mess I made. Nembol support stepped up and really went WAY above and beyond all expectations to help get my channels and their listings synced. My Nembol product listing dashboard now looks like data porn. It is neat, well laid out, and ACCURATE. Simply put, I cannot recommend this app enough.

I tried this app twice. First time they hadn't got Facebook shop working and kept me waiting for several weeks. Second time i tried again, but this time Amazon was not working. Such a shame since it looks like a good concept - only too many things not working each time. Also they don't offer a reduced pricing for startups or people with few inventory products

We've used every listing app out there, and OVERALL, this app is the best for multi-channel listing. Yes it has some quirks, but so do all the others, as the complexity of listing products and variants differs so much across the channels, it's a wonder that any of them work well. What Nimbol does well: PROS: Pricing. Instant updating and importing of channels. Our listings on ebay, etsy, shopify and Amazon were all slightly different due to trying to manage them individually over the years. But we imported everything, found the differences, then went back, updated the channel SKU's, then reimported and worked that way until we had the channels synched and published using only one Nembol listing. Now it's super easy to update and modify across channels. PRO: Email notification every time the channels synch. This email gives you a list of successful imports and a list of errors. This is SUPER helpful, as at first we were wondering why some products weren't imported. The error log told us exactly the issue. (example: "you have 7 variants on etsy, but 6 variants in Nembol") This cleared our question of what happens when etsy has 6 variants and Shopify had 7. So we deleted the Nembol listing, updated the channel listings, reimported and boom! they matched and synched. CONS: Delisting (from within Nembol): If the listing is directly imported from the channel, you can't delist it from within Nembol. (It says it right on the top of the popup). We overcame this (and preferred this method actually) by just deleting the product in the original channel, then in Nembol, then reimported to resynch everything. Perfect. Overall, if you have a pretty complex channel environment and need to update/edit/modify things a lot, NEMBOL is definitely worth the price.

I really wanted to like this app because we really needed something like this. Unfortunately, the UI is poor (e.g. delisting is available even when it doesn't work), the functionality is lacking (e.g. no variant image support), and it's quite buggy (e.g. errors without explanation). Also, if you have a larger number of SKUs, the bulk publishing is quite limited with no options for filtering product by attributes. I will say, support was responsive and helpful, but at the end of the day, it's not a support issue, it's a product issue.
Hello, this review is now (June 2022) quite old. We thank you for it and for the chance it gives us to address some points for all users: 1. Nembol Delist command from a channel works only when that channel is connected to Nembol. If the channel was manually disconnected from Nembol by the user, or if the permissions granted to Nembol were manually removed in the channel apps section, Nembol can't interact with the channel at all and hence can't delist either. 2. Errors are returned by channels. Since you wrote, we kept improving our mapping and our translation of coded errors into plain-language descriptions. The User Experience is now greatly improved. 3. Image per variant: we still do not have this feature. But we planned for it within Q4 2022. Please check later. Everything else about variants list and sync works fine. 4. Listing / syncing subsets of products after filtering. We improved the filtering in the Products tab, and more filtering are planned. We also improved the search with the introduction of exact search in "quotes". Now users' ability to select subset of products to be listed in greatly improved. the app only allow percentage uplift to price and not a fixed value not flexible at all and not many options
Hello, after your review, in February 2022 we improved the pricing rules in Nembol and users can now use both % and fixed values. Sellers can also turn On/Off the automatic rounding to .99. All users can take advantage of Nembol 14-day free trial, during which one can test our app in all of its features. This app changed the wrong SKU in my Shopify inventory. After reaching out to support a few times, I requested a refund several days ago and haven't heard anything since. These people will take your money and run, so if you make the mistake of paying for a subscription, you'd better hope it works because you're not getting that money back.
Hello. Thank you for your review. Your Nembol subscription was fully refunded on July 27th 2021. Please double check your credit card statement. Nembol syncs products across channels by connecting products via their product-ID of the source channel. With this mechanics, exchanges of SKU codes and edits of "the wrong SKU" are hardly possible. However, it is always possible for a user to duplicate one of more products in Nembol, possibly edit their SKU codes, and use Nembol to re-list them on the source channel plus additional channels. These actions are instrumental to many e-commerce strategies, but if used unplanned may create a certain confusion. Rest assured that we constantly improve our syncing and our documentation thanks to our users' feed-back. And we thank you for this. Best regards.

So far so good! I've only had the app a few days and already found it to be so fabulous that I have opened a 2nd account for another Etsy shop that I want to sync to Shopify. I used the first account to swap listings from one Etsy shop to another saving me countless boring mind numbing hours of work! The customer service is great and they get back to you quickly. I definitely recommend this app if you need to sync between Etsy and Shopify.

I used this app to set up Etsy integration. During the trial, I chose a more expensive tariff and turned it off the next day, but the money was withdrawn from me and they refused to return it. During work, it was not possible to change the tariff anywhere, the tariff can be canceled only after a message to the developer's mail. Nowhere was it written about the additional payment for changing the tariff. Support responds for a long time. Also I uninstalled the app the next day because it didn't work. Orders were not synced. I ended up paying money for nothing. The app didn't work. I do not recommend it. Be careful. Don't install this app!
Hello, we are sorry you had a less then optimal experience on Nembol. According to our records, you upgraded out of the free trial into a paid plan. This stopped the free trial and triggered the charge, collected by Shopify. It seems you haven't noticed it , but all users can downgrade to any smaller plan at any time. For users paying through Shopify, it is sufficient to uninstall the app to stop the charge. We are very sorry you overlooked these options, and we understand this may have frustrated you. They limit everything you can do during the free trial like only allowing you to import 10 products, so its impossible to judge whether or not the app meets your needs before they force you to subscribe. Deleted.
We are sorry for your below-average review. Our free trial is now changed. As when you tried, all features are available, but now the import is unlimited. Additionally, during the trial our system will also link unlimited existing listings, so that you can effectively test all syncs for free for 14 days. The only limited feature is listing: you can publish, as a test, only 10 listings per channel. But if you delist these 10, you can test 10 different ones, and so on. So, a series of pretty big improvements. Would you consider trying us again? Or maybe improving your 2* review? Thank you.

The customer service on Nembol has been very disappointing. I've reported issues on inventory qty updates across channels for months now, and no one can give me a straight answer. First I was told that it was a 'bug' that will be fixed 'soon' (no ETA provided), then I'm told that I have to check on 'Errors', however am not given any direction on how these Errors need to be resolved. This has meant that I am manually checking inventory stock for hundreds of items each day. Trying to organise a phone call to resolve this with Guido or Nicholas has also proven to be frustrating where I am told he can't make it, yet I am not given an alternative time. I am still waiting for a meeting invite to materialise. In saying all of this, I will be fair in saying that it is fairly simple process to connect all your channels and select specific items to publish across channels. The challenge is in keeping those items published and up-to-date when any changes need to happen - eg. a price drop, inventory update. And more importantly, in my case, having reliable customer support that is able to talk you through why things aren't functioning as they should, and what the resolution is. I am happy to give a fair and updated review of this app once I receive proper resolution from the Nembol team (particularly if it is my error that has been not/poorly communicated to me), but until this happens, my review stands that this is an underwhelming app that has proven to be more trouble than it is worth. //UPDATE// I had a great call with Nicholas who was very helpful in assisting with troubleshooting the issue. I strongly recommend pushing for a phone call if you are stuck, as this was way quicker to troubleshoot issues. Unfortunately, the issues I had flagged in my earlier review have still not yet been resolved, but at least I now have the tools to mediate any issues while the team work on finding a fix. Will continue to update this review as we progress.
