Does what it says it will do. Makes work easy to accomplish. Guido is very helpful and understanding. Knows his stuff. I'm very pleased with the app!

AWFUL. This app doesn't work properly. When linking items into ebay it defaults them all to the antiques category. You can then change this in ebay (taking hours) and then this app overrides this and changes them all back to antiques again. Also when an order is placed it doesn't pull through the postage that the customer has paid so the total sales isn't accurate for VAT and accounts purposes. I have reached out to customer support 4 times, each time my message is read and after waiting 2 days for a response it is time to move away from this app and there lack of customer support. Avoid like the plague. - Back to ink frog I go (I had moved away from ink frog because I wanted to link Etsy, amazon and ebay together but this really isn't worth the hassle - never had any of these problems before.)

Nembol uses eBay’s automatic categorizer to put products in eBay's best-fitting category, based on the keywords written in the "Category" field within Nembol. Unfortunately, you typed your brand name in that field – which was not recognized as a category by eBay. This is why your items were listed in an unexpected category. As a solution, instead of changing the category in eBay, please change the keyword in Nembol, so it doesn’t get overwritten at the following edit. We confirm Nembol does not transfer postage rules across channels. Postage rules have to be created once per channel, and then they can be assigned automatically to listings in Nembol. It's a matter of 30 seconds, just once. We’d be happy to help you further, just let us know.

I obtained this app to help keep my Etsy, Shopify and Amazon listings synced. I am beyond happy with the customer service from this company. And this app is very powerful. I'm learning something new everyday. I haven't been able to sync my Amazon listings because I'm not a Pro Seller and I'm still tweaking the process with which i import orders to Shopify from Etsy I've been able to link to my facebook, pinterest, twitter and tumbler. Thank you so much for making this app!! Great job!

dont use this app. worse customer support i ever saw!!! they will never answer! maybe after a few days.

Before the customer service could even enjoy his first coffee, I already pestered Guido with several questions. He helped me very sweetly and competently. I have rarely experienced such great customer service. 5 stars for Guido and his perfect customer service.

Customer service is rude and unhelpful. This is also the only app on the market that can’t sync orders correctly. When multi item orders sync they get broken out into multiple orders.

Despite this, it does enable the transfer of orders to Shopify, generating one order in Shopify per each order line created in connected channels. Poor Support , can't get them to refund the money after it stopped working in 3 days but having paid for 2 months , have no sense of customer service , STAY AWAY from this lot , it's a promising software but staff and their attitude to customers very very poor ! If there was a negative rating they would score the least in that !

1/30/2021 Update. While I understand the app does some pretty extensive stuff, it doesn't appear to do syncing inventory quantities well. I sell on Shopify and Etsy - that's it. Today, one sale of a single product reduced my Shopify inventory by 2. UNSAT. It could be a setting I have somewhere. No idea. I've been waiting to hear back from the Developer for several days. I just want it to sync inventories. That's it. SKUs match, should be as simple as that. Original Review. Eh.. was hoping to be able to set a different, yet specific price in Etsy vs. my Shopify prices - specifically, EXACTLY 10% above my Shopify prices. For some reason, the developers thought it would be a good idea to force rounding to the nearest .99? Why not give the user the option? When there's competition, and you want to be the lowest price, and people sort by lowest price, it all matters. The rounding to the nearest .99 cents would be a great option, and I certainly see the value in it, truly, but it should be just that - an option. :)
Hi! As for your suggestion, you can now turn on/off the automatic price rounding. For all users: Nembol enables you to set price rules to automatically increase or decrease prices for each channel. You can change prices through a % or a fixed amount.

I have been using Nembol for more than a year now. I use it with Etsy, Shopify and eBay, and most recently with Facebook Shops. It takes some getting use to - which is not the fault of the app - it is because each platform differs extensively in how they track products, etc. It is consistent in its behavior and works pretty much flawlessly once you understand what will happen to your data as it moves across platforms. The support is responsive, and they are continuously adding improved features. If you want to move onto multiple platforms along with Shopify, or if you are already doing so and are tired of manually tracking inventory, you need to try Nembol. Also keep in mind, in addition to connecting your platforms, it acts as a "back up" for your photos and listings should you have a problem with a platform - kind of a bonus really.

Thank you, thank you. Used this app to sync Amazon and eBay with our shopify. Amazon's a bit slow, but once listed all works as expected. Syncs inventory, delists out-of-stock items. And support is friendly.

I had two shops, one on eBay and one on Etsy, and finally, after three years decided to give Shopify a go. I really didn't want to manually list the third channel, so I did a LOT of research looking for an ideal solution, and while that is rare to find in this world, Nembol comes very close. I import my "true" listing from eBay, and push publish to Etsy & Shopify, opening them there, make some site-specific adjustments on those platform's settings and I'm good to go! Then, once the Shopify one is formatted perfectly, I push publish to Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest in one go, which is great! Another issue for us was that our eBay store is in GBP, while the other two channels are in USD. Nembol has a simple solution, just add or subtract a percentage for the currency spread and it sets the prices in USD from GBP. Overall, it's well worth the price, we recommend! The staff is also very helpful in getting started or answering questions.

We've used this app for over six months on multiple Shopify accounts. It easily shared and synced our listings to and from eBay, and now from Amazon, to one another and to Facebook. The support was nice and repeatedly responsive when we had to add GTINs and fix some SKU codes for cross linking. Double thumbs up!!

To be upfront I didn't fully test this app. It wanted me to import tmy inventory to Nembol, I kind of reasoned I already have a shop that manages inventory, I don't need another place.... The other thing that bother me was their plan descriptions on Shopify and their website seem to be different and that's why I gave them 3 stars.
Hello, thank you for your review. On your suggestions: 1. Nembol imports products from Shopify, because each product is later linked with, or listed to, other channels. Without having the product as an "object" to manage, with its name and SKU codes, no listing system would work. Luckily, Nembol does this automatically, requiring you only two clicks. Then products are kept aligned thanks to automated edits and inventory updates. No hassle. 2. We are aware that our pricing is presented in a slightly different way on apps.shopify.com as of on our own website nembol.com. This is because Shopify wants a unique standard across all apps, and allows only three pricing levels while Nembol has four. Besides presentation, prices and plans are same. Please, any user having doubts is welcome to write us directly. Thank you.

Wonderful app, linked all our existing listings using their SKU code and now lists connected listings and keep inventory updated. Great to list our products on Pinterest too and Facebook. Our visits are already growing thanks to the automated links this app creates back to our shopify store. Thank you thank you. Also great support! Kudos!

Used this app for about 3 days. It created havok among my store, creating hundreds of listing duplicates on eBay due to a desyncing error on their end. It cost me a lot of money just in eBay fees alone on these constant duplicates. Asked for a refund from nembol, and never once heard back from them after this. Filed a dispute with my bank and Nembol is hiding behind their no refund policy in their Terms and Conditions. Use at your own risk. There are much better options out there that actually function and are much easier to use (and cheaper). -Reply to developer comment Your trial status is only valid for 10 listings. Yes, I had no issues when listing 10 listings. The issues occurred when I then proceeded to list over 200 listings and then without me touching it over night, I awoke to see I now had 2 listings of each on eBay and most of the listings were desynced. I manually synced, deleted the duplicates on all ends, and then later that day Nembol had once again created duplicates of all listings and desynced. I had the next plan up, it was $49. As you said though, it was only $49. You would think you would be willing to refund a single month to keep a client who cancelled after only a few days content. After all, it was only $49. I have been using another software that does the same thing on my shopify, and it flawlessly lists from Shopify to eBay WITHOUT duplicates. This tells me Nembol does indeed create duplicates. I hope for your customers sake, you have figured out why. But, the fact you are unwilling to admit that it did indeed cause problems, shows the lack of integrity in your company. Readers of this long review (sorry) can make a decision for themselves if they want to put their eBay, shopify, and etsy store at risk.

We believe the duplications you experienced may have been due to two or more apps installed in your Shopify store, Nembol and some other, working in parallel. Nembol seemed to be precisely the solution for which I've been searching, but unfortunately, they were unable to get it to work with my Amazon account. Inventory updates would sync only to, not from, Amazon. Quantity syncs resulting from orders placed on Amazon would not post back to Nembol or Shopify. They blame Amazon for the problem, but I have other third-party apps that integrate with Amazon, and there are no issues. I give them high marks for their responsiveness, but after weeks of troubleshooting and hours of effort, we came to a dead-end. They should probably reconsider touting Amazon compatibility. If they can ever resolve their Amazon bugs, I would certainly give them another try, but for now, I have to keep searching for a solution that remains elusive.
