Nembol: Sync & Edit instantly

I have been a user of Nembol since 2017 and just recently upgraded my subscription to a higher level. I have both Shopify & Etsy and needed an app that could help me push my Shopify products to Etsy. There are not many apps out there than can do that btw, and the other ones I tried were so complicated--I gave up trying to figure out. Not the case with Nembol. The app is SUPER easy to use--which is important to me because I don't have time to learn programming to make my shop work. It's actually been exactly what I needed and has saved me tons of hours. I am also able to push products that I had in my Etsy store to Shopify--so it's a two-way push if you want it to be. It will also help monitor inventory from one channel to the other. What I like most is that I don't have to replicate the photos or the product descriptions (which in some cases are lengthy). I just push a button to publish it on a new channel. Now that I have access to other channels, I may even expand my business to include those as well. I also want to say that the Nembol customer service is FAST and super helpful and very friendly. THANK YOU for this app--it has greatly helped me transition my business to more of an on-line presence from being just a brick-and-morter shop--I now can expand to the world! This is now needed since I've had to temporarily close our business to the public due to Covid. Thank you again!

Having to change my glowing 5 star review as I have had a very rocky road with Nembol for nearly 2 years. Constant bugs however support will blame other issues which are not the issue. The products cannot be mapped (so when the system does fail you it cannot resync items on there - you have to delete them all and start again - I've had to do this several times) support can seem helpful but in reality, it doesn't solve the issues. One of the most visually inviting sync management systems but it is so flawed its unworkable. Might work for those with a very small inventory but for us, it caused more stress then help - and it $50 a month that's not fair. Some people in support are nice, others arrogant - I am sure they will try to comment on this review to blame us and not their app - but the fact you cannot even change the email associated with the Nembol account demonstrates how much more work needs to be done to make this app work for the customer. Feel I have given them a very fair chance over the last couple of years and a monthly subscription of $50 to boot. I have a support chat that stretches a mile and still left without a correctly functioning sync. They keep adding new features without fixing the primary purpose.

Very clunky interface that is hard to use. Product mapping between channels is not thought out well. Also, product import makes no sense as the CSV has to be re-formatted and there is no mention of this until you contact the support. Customer service eventually starts ignoring you.

Recommended highly, helps in saving a lot of valuable time in creating listings across multiple marketplaces.

I have used many, many, MANY apps before and not one of them works as well as Nembol. The incredible developers have not only put in extensive time here but have somehow managed to cover all of the bases as well. It is easy to navigate and simple to use and it works! There is a chat feature which enables us to contact for assistance at any given moment and they always get back to be right away. Thank you for creating such an amazing app. As a shop owner who also sells on numerous other marketplaces, this is invaluable to us. Seriously, cannot say enough about it as the list will go on, since you guys are always adding even more features! Cannot wait to see what comes next. Love it! :)

OH MY GOD! I have just spent hours on two other apps that had high ratings and want to charge a fortune to use and all my products failed on importing, I changed settings did everything I could do and none of them worked. Installed this and within 2 minutes I had my first product listed on eBay - this app is absolutely wonderful!! Now let's see the sales roll in!! :D

We depend on this app 100% for thousands of listings ... it is wonderful , better than just how good the up is ... is the customer support , fast responding and really doing what it takes to solve any issue . This app saved us so many hours of work and effort each day and the customer / tech support are awesome +++++customer service oriented

Support is really nice, and they have cool features like publishing to etsy drafts, publishing to Pinterest and Facebook. Easy...

The App is easy to use and saved me so much time in creating my stores on other platforms! When I encounter problems with my account, the customer support team is super responsible and prompt in helping me to solve the issue. Highly recommended.

The FASTEST responses to my questions, even when they were difficult. I had this app up in running in minutes, and all of my other store channels were filled out flawlessly. What a live saver!

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They are totally checked out on any kind of customer service. Do not use this horrible app and company. What a waste of time. Do not give them your money. They are the worst app company I've dealt with. No customer service and their app DOESN'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY.

Great App! We were able to list to all of our marketplaces at once - right through a smartphone I used the iPhone app version, and just posted to Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Facebook, Pinterest, Shopify and Twitter with a just a push of the button. Seems to have a wide reach with very little effort. Incredible, I highly recommend!
