I use this app ALL THE TIME for amazing rates on shipping. Love that it syncs with shopify. Their support is really great and easy to reach, too. Overall highly recommended for any shopify user or any business use case if you want incredible rates on couriers.

Its been over 3 weeks now of us using Net Parcel and I am grateful we have. Canada Post cannot compete against 90% of our customer orders. We are seeing an increase in orders especially from Ontario (as we are in BC) because orders that were $20 prior are now $14. Plus with the free pick up, it saves us way more time. There customer service team is also outstanding. I have been blasting them with emails and they are very responsive and attentive. Overall, business is slowly trending upwards and Net Parcel are a large part of that. With the supply chain being how it is, having NetParcel backing us is making us stronger during these trying times.

We have been using netparcel for almost all of our shipments. It has saved us considerable amount compared to the other shipping options! Love that they added GO logistics as it has become our go to choice when shipping locally, just needed the tracking to improve for GO logistics packages but overall very happy with netparcel!

No issues with updating tracking when fulfilling orders. Issues with shipping companies are resolved by netparcel. Customer support is responsive. Shipping charges are much cheaper than negotiating with shipping companies yourself.

omg we LOVE netparcel....! What a complete and total game changer for us. If you ship ANYTHING , you need to download and use this service. it gives us easy access to outrageously cheap rates on shipping. and even more discount on rush services like next day or 2 or 3 day priority etc. It gives us access to the millions of dollars of buying power that large companies would have, so we can compete and grow. We love this app. Shipping rates are excellent and it's so easy to use for our Shopify orders. We tend to use netparcel for other shipments as well as our Shopify orders, because of the convenience. Definitely recommend this app. Also, their support is always very quick to respond if ever we have any questions or need help with a shipment.

Best prices! Quick email response if required. Checked few other similar services for comparing, no one was even close to the prices and provided service. I wish Netparcel will have within USA shipping available soon.

We have been using NetParcel for 2 years now, and are 1 year into our Shopify Integration. The connectivity is seamless and the app definitely adds value to our shipping processes, primarily in the following two ways: 1. Instant carrier cost comparison + rate discounts 2. Reduces fulfillment time via the import order function (which saves us time having to input customer shipping details before printing labels) We are big fans of NetParcel & extremely happy with our experience. Any business stands to reduce costs and input time by adding this app to their store.

NetParcel by far has been the best service we have used. We have used NetParcel over the past 5 years throughout 2 of our companies and I can say that they have the best shipping rates. It easily plugs into your store and transfers the data over for easy use. Definitely recommend this app and service!

Très content et satisfait de cette application. Nous pouvons envoyer des colis via UPS, DHL, FedEx à de très très bons prix. Facile d'utilisation. Et en plus on peut synchroniser d'autres plateformes de ventes, comme Etsy, Ebay, Amazon et importer les commandes, donc pas besoin de faire du copier coller. Merci!

We love using this app - our favourite feature is that we only have to plug in the order number and the shipping details populate automatically. It's a small thing but it really does decrease the margin of error and therefore, dollars saved!
