When it works, it works great. Unfortunately I have been charged more overage, wrong address and unknown reason fees on this platform than any other platform. I dispute one out of every 3 shipments, and have reduced the amount I rely on Netparcel exponentially. It's a shame, as it is an easy system to use and accesses services i would ordinarily not have access to. But it's impossible to pre-check customer supplied addresses, and you're charged $15 every time they deem it so.. PLus, 1/2" discrepency on one measurement can lead to $20-$50 in additional charges. Be wary.

With the latest Canada Post disruption and Purolator no longer providing pickups from netParcel we have become very disappointed with netParcel and it's customer service and lack of communication at a crucial time of year for shipping. -- Gary Quiring President, Saltspring Soapworks Ltd.
