Disappointed that after registering an account, we learned that we must upgrade our Shopify pan in order for this app to work. "Please check following errors. The store must have Shopify's "carrier-calculated shipping" module enabled in order to display real-time netParcel rates at checkout." I wish this was stated upfront. We will revisit our alternative supplier, Clickship, as they do not require a plan upgrade.

The support for lost packages from NetParcel is NON EXISTENT! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Super disappointed with the lack of support from netparcel when opening a claim or a ticket. They do literally nothing to help, and you can't go direct to the courier because the sender is netparcel.
