omg we LOVE netparcel....! What a complete and total game changer for us. If you ship ANYTHING , you need to download and use this service. it gives us easy access to outrageously cheap rates on shipping. and even more discount on rush services like next day or 2 or 3 day priority etc. It gives us access to the millions of dollars of buying power that large companies would have, so we can compete and grow. We love this app. Shipping rates are excellent and it's so easy to use for our Shopify orders. We tend to use netparcel for other shipments as well as our Shopify orders, because of the convenience. Definitely recommend this app. Also, their support is always very quick to respond if ever we have any questions or need help with a shipment.

A great app, but what is even better is the support I receive from netParcel when on the rare occasion a courier randomly adds extra charges to an invoice. netParcel has my back. JD

Best prices! Quick email response if required. Checked few other similar services for comparing, no one was even close to the prices and provided service. I wish Netparcel will have within USA shipping available soon.

We have been using NetParcel for 2 years now, and are 1 year into our Shopify Integration. The connectivity is seamless and the app definitely adds value to our shipping processes, primarily in the following two ways: 1. Instant carrier cost comparison + rate discounts 2. Reduces fulfillment time via the import order function (which saves us time having to input customer shipping details before printing labels) We are big fans of NetParcel & extremely happy with our experience. Any business stands to reduce costs and input time by adding this app to their store.

I don't like writing bad reviews - but unfortunately, I have to take away the 5 stars that I gave to netParcel 3 years ago. I now rate them as a 1 (ONE). Yes - their discounts are good (though others are lower) - but any savings I recognized from their shipping rates was lost many times over when the company failed to stand behind their services whenever things went wrong at their end - or when they failed to pay out insurance claims - without reason or explanation. I no longer use this app nor recommend their services. I have spoken with management about my problems a few times - they listen, they apologize, they say it won't happen again - but No corrective actions were ever initiated or taken to investigate, address or refund my losses. ******************** (MY ORIGINAL REVIEW : Rating 5 of 5 stars Posted April 10, 2018) I run 3 different Shopify storefronts and over the past 3 years have tried several different shipping consolidators / integrators. Have finally settled on netParcel for all or my business. The rates are the best, with a nice interface and great customer support. Thank You)
We sincerely apologize for the experience described here, especially from a longstanding customer whose initial experiences with netParcel were so positive. We are taking steps to ensure all customers receive attentive communication and active followthrough going forward. Regarding insurance, any coverage purchased by our customers is provided by the carrier moving the shipment. Accordingly, the terms of coverage are determined by the carrier, leaving the outcome of any given claim outside netParcel's control. We are working to make the scope and terms of coverage provided by our partners more clear to avoid unexpected exceptions in the future. We take these matters to heart and are working to improve our services as a result. Love it. Best shipping discounts I have found. I literally don’t know why anyone would not use this app. You can schedule pickups right from the site and it’s easy to ship anything.

NetParcel by far has been the best service we have used. We have used NetParcel over the past 5 years throughout 2 of our companies and I can say that they have the best shipping rates. It easily plugs into your store and transfers the data over for easy use. Definitely recommend this app and service!

Stopped working with no warning. Many customers started calling telling us we didn't offer shiping.

I love Netparcels rates, but they need to be integrated into Shopify like Canada Post. Customers don't want a shipping quote after the fact, they want real time rates in checkout.

Très content et satisfait de cette application. Nous pouvons envoyer des colis via UPS, DHL, FedEx à de très très bons prix. Facile d'utilisation. Et en plus on peut synchroniser d'autres plateformes de ventes, comme Etsy, Ebay, Amazon et importer les commandes, donc pas besoin de faire du copier coller. Merci!

We love using this app - our favourite feature is that we only have to plug in the order number and the shipping details populate automatically. It's a small thing but it really does decrease the margin of error and therefore, dollars saved!
