NetParcel by far has been the best service we have used. We have used NetParcel over the past 5 years throughout 2 of our companies and I can say that they have the best shipping rates. It easily plugs into your store and transfers the data over for easy use. Definitely recommend this app and service!

We have used Netparcel for several years and they have helped play a role in our store's growth. For large packages or for orders that are going to hard-to-reach places, it's difficult to beat the prices and options that Netparcel provides.

I have been using the Netparcel App and NetParcel with PayPal for several years. They provide excellent customer service and the lowest shipping rates. I highly recommend NetParcel for anyone selling online!!

Net Parcel always provides very competitive shipping prices and they are simply the best in market. Specially if you are shipping huge boxes internationally, they are much better than the rest out there. Believe we have tried others too. Keep it up Net Parcel

Very good shipping rates and excellent customer service. Had an issue setting it up and they resolved it right away.

I love Netparcels rates, but they need to be integrated into Shopify like Canada Post. Customers don't want a shipping quote after the fact, they want real time rates in checkout.

Et en plus on peut synchroniser d'autres plateformes de ventes, comme Etsy, Ebay, Amazon et importer les commandes, donc pas besoin de faire du copier coller. Merci!

We love using this app - our favourite feature is that we only have to plug in the order number and the shipping details populate automatically. It's a small thing but it really does decrease the margin of error and therefore, dollars saved!

i have used this app because i have a drop shipping point. Netparcel has been great for my shipping needs and i was able to use whatever shipper i wished through the netparcel app.

I have recently joined NetParcel again for my second start up business. The rates are so competitive that it is hard to look anywhere else. They are super efficient in answering the call if there are any issues and getting back to you with solutions. The only thing I would change is the default setting that sends out shipping confirmation from NetParcel. I want to be in control of sending these details out to our customers so if I forget to untick the box it goes out from them and not us. I would rather opt in than opt out. Besides that it is a great service.

Great app - gets the job done in an efficient and cost effective manner. Areas for improvement: Add more than just fedex - would benefit your customer if you offered more shipping carriers

The search is over. By far the best shipping site I have found for domestic US shipping with THE cheapest rates and seamless user interface. I checked with 6-9 eshippers and hands down cheapest. Quick Quote helped me size my parcels correctly so as not to get slammed with extra fees and the tracking history is excellent. I have not used the international options yet but their FedEx US domestic rates rock. The only platform I need and use. Also, they pick up the phone and are helpful when I call.

Helped us cut our shipping costs pretty significantly. Customer service was fast when needed. I tried a few of these apps and this one came out ahead.

My customers do a lot of custom work and typically need stock at the last minute. It is a great feature for customers to be able to see real-time quotes and choose their shipping carrier of choice. For me, I love the ability to import an order saving time in generating a shipping label. One thing I would see as a nice feature would be to allow customers to also choose options like signature required and residential as these can (for some carriers) increase the cost at the time that the label is generated and not accounted for when the customer receives a quote.

We use Netparcel with 3 of our websites. Their rates with couriers like UPS are much lower then rates I can negotiate with my small business.
