I have recently joined NetParcel again for my second start up business. The rates are so competitive that it is hard to look anywhere else. They are super efficient in answering the call if there are any issues and getting back to you with solutions. The only thing I would change is the default setting that sends out shipping confirmation from NetParcel. I want to be in control of sending these details out to our customers so if I forget to untick the box it goes out from them and not us. I would rather opt in than opt out. Besides that it is a great service.

The search is over. By far the best shipping site I have found for domestic US shipping with THE cheapest rates and seamless user interface. I checked with 6-9 eshippers and hands down cheapest. Quick Quote helped me size my parcels correctly so as not to get slammed with extra fees and the tracking history is excellent. I have not used the international options yet but their FedEx US domestic rates rock. The only platform I need and use. Also, they pick up the phone and are helpful when I call.

We use Netparcel with 3 of our websites. Their rates with couriers like UPS are much lower then rates I can negotiate with my small business.

Great little app to have. Saves on bigger shipping costs - better than you can negotiate with a small home business. I like that you can import the order to then have it auto populate - I just wish I didn't have to enter the order number, and that it would fetch me a list of my orders to pick from - saving even more time.

Best rates available bar none. Sometimes a bit inaccurate due to box sizes but easily fixed by adding a small surcharge to each quote. Sometimes rates are a bit cheaper if you schedule a next day pick up and choose no signature required. Automatically populates shipping info from your Shopify account. Fast and easy web portal. Highly Recommended!

I have had a great experience using NetParcel. Their rates are cheaper in most cases than Canada Post and customer service has been great when I've called in. The integration with shopify is excellent too.

We use this app for a few of our online stores. It's so simple to use and provides us an awesome alternative for larger packages where Postal rates are too high. Whenever we have questions they always respond quickly.

Great app for any business with varied products and shipping zones! The ability to import an order and then compare carriers in one screen is a huge time and cost saver. The breakdown of total cost , that shows any included fuel charge and taxes is way more helpful than using the carrier sites directly. Selecting the best option is easy when you can see the estimated delivery for each carrier option.

NetParcel has saved us loooooads of money with many of our shipments. They have the cheapest rates we've found online, and their user interface is some of the simplest we've come across. Their customer service is also top notch every time we've had to call in for anything. Highly recommend them for any business looking to improve their shipping process and save money!

Perfect app for saving on shipping. We ship a lot through Fedex and they would not negotiate lower rates. Net Parcel has helped save us a ton on 2-day and overnight packages.
