This app provides an awesome alternative for larger packages where Postal rates are too high. They also saved us a ton of money and time during the Canada Post labour dispute when we needed to quickly find alternative shipping options. Whenever we have had questions they are always answered quickly.

Great way to simplify Logistics, all in one location, Create the shipping labels, Customs Docs and Track the progress all while updating Shopify Orders automatically. Can be used stand alone (back end only), or integrated - interactively with Shopify allowing customers to their see their rates for various transport services. Good prices for transport and eliminate pick up charges too. Try it!

NetParcel has saved us loooooads of money with many of our shipments. They have the cheapest rates we've found online, and their user interface is some of the simplest we've come across. Their customer service is also top notch every time we've had to call in for anything. Highly recommend them for any business looking to improve their shipping process and save money!

Perfect app for saving on shipping. We ship a lot through Fedex and they would not negotiate lower rates. Net Parcel has helped save us a ton on 2-day and overnight packages.

Works great! Able to open up to new markets in the USA because of this app. Also charging Canadian dollars saves a lot of money compared to losing 4-5% on exchange with every transaction in Shopify Shipping. Thanks guys!

NetParcel has drastically reduced our shipping costs and made it much easier to get quotes. I wish we had started using it years ago for our brick and mortar location and our online store.

NetParcel saved us a ton of money. We've sent out over 200 packages from Canada to the US with no issues. Customer support was very responsive when we had to cancel or have concerns. My only wish is that it includes Canada Post rates as comparison. Highly recommended

We switched to Net Parcel about 3 weeks ago. We have been really happy with pricing and ease of the system. We saw big savings over using Shopify shipping in Canada because netParcel charges and quotes in Canadian dollar. This way you know exactly your cost to ship that box, with Shopify they quote in Canadian but covert to USD (just cost you 4-5% ) then they run your Canadian Credit Card (lose another 4-5%) in exchange. For international shipments netParcel is much more competitively priced the Shopify. The other huge advantage is multi package shipments on netParcel that you cant do on Shopify. I would highly recommend netParcel!!

We've been using NetParcel to do the shipping from our products, which have all different sizes and weights. The pricing provided has been constantly the best offered and the reliability of the service offered has been fantastic. We've had to reach out to support on a couple of instances and we've received both timely and courteous replies to all our inquires. All-in-all, an A+ service that I would recommend to anyone.

I've been very pleased with the rates so far - especially for international shipping. Customer service has been excellent as well. It's great having another option to get our customers more competitive a shipping rate.
