Definitely great help for a new business. Thanks to netparcel I can send parcels with UPS cheaper and faster than I would be with CanadaPost, even with highest level of small business discount, CP is still more costly than netparcel when sending to US. They have enabled me to attract more customers by offering more wallet friendly shipping costs 6/5 stars!

I love this app. Its got great shipping rates, easy to use and we save a lot of money and time by using it! All our orders are synced so it is as easy as clicking a few buttons.

This company has great Fedex rates, and is really easy to use. The tracking information automatically syncs with Shopify. Very happy so far.

There is no better shipping app than netParcel. I was struggling with shipping rate in Canada, but netParcel has helped us to deliver packages in a good price. It is really easy to quickly check up the rate and just import the order!! Love it! I will continue using this app for shipping in my store

I primarily use the US Mail for most of my orders because they are under two pounds. However, I recently picked up a couple of wholesale accounts and netParcel has proven their worth. Significant $$ saved using FedEx Ground! I will continue to use it when I need to ship larger packages.

So far so great!! Huge savings and excellent customer service. They helped me set up my account and start using their service immediately after downloading the app. Savings are instant and it’s super easy.

Great app so far - Once you are verified it is easy to use and my shipping label printer was already integrated, I didn't have to set it up separately.

Application is very useful for my business. I don't really have the time to set up and negotiate rates as a sole proprietor in a busy line of work. Netparcel takes the guess work out of rates and allows me to bill my customers at a fair and competitive rate.

Absolutely love NetParcel. It has provides cheaper shipping options which allowed my to increase sales based on more saving for my customers. Definitely a must have. Thank you!

I've been using netParcel for some time now and love it! We don't have a lot of shipping options in Canada so it's wonderful to be able to get reduced rates for courier service without having to create accounts with each individual courier. I would definitely recommend netParcel to other small shop owners.

I started using netParcel before I had my shopify store. I had some issues with the installation, as I had installed the addon before paying Shopify for the custom shipping calculation feature.. the netParcel guys were really helpful getting it sorted though - error was 100% my mistake. The rates are really good, once I hit postage costs of C$50 or so per shipment with Canada Post, UPS start to get way cheaper really quick. I had to quote some very heavy parcels to send to Europe and UPS were about 80% cheaper than Canada post through netParcel. Counter rates are kinda crazy, and I don't ship enough volume to get the same rates that netParcel offer.

Had some issues with using the Netparcel software, and they were very responsive in wanting to help and deal with my concerns. Therefore I am glad to recommend them. Once we iron out some minor issues, we will be using them a great deal more.
