Our transaction amount concerns were addressed after discussing with the company. ** We have only had NoFraud active for a few weeks and I already see how its tools to help detect fraud give you as the merchant more piece of mind doing business on the internet. We had a transaction of around $2k that needed to be reviewed which they handled completely for us. It felt great knowing the customer was contacted and verified before we had that dollar amount placed in a box and sent to a stranger. We've been burned in the past and love that we can breath easier for a small percentage of our sales. Definitely worth it. - Pro Team Pro Cabinet Supply, Inc. --------------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW -------------------------- ** I would like to start by saying our business deals with large transactions on a regular basis each month, and presented this information immediately upon speaking to the sales team ** We are not satisfied at all with how the sales process was presented. We spent time and effort thinking this could be a good app, and dealt directly with the sales team for a few meetings. Once we thought all was well and we were going to proceed due to the benefits of using the app and pricing that worked in line with the insurance we THOUGHT we would be receving, we were presented one caveat that was never shared...... there is a cap on the chargeback limit. We deal with +$2000 transactions at least 4 times a month, and after being informed we would spend over $250 a month for chargeback coverage, we were told we only could be covered for $700 per chargeback. They also stated that "5 transactions out of 100,000 get through the fraud detection" meaning very low risk on their side. So let's do the math..... I am on average going to spend with this company $3000 a year, and MAYBE a chargeback occurs during the year, but will only cover $700? What kind of joke is that? Why would we ever spend that kind of money if we were not protected completely? That is the whole point of insurance! Maybe this app can work for companies that deal with less than $1000 transactions, but the whole point in our eyes of using something like this is to not worry about THE LARGE TRANSACTIONS. Amazingly powerful app and great support team. An inexpensive way to secure your site! We love working with them.....and No Fraud actively works alongside companies for maximum effect on both current and potential future fraud activity.

We recently have a lot fraud buyers. NoFraud helps us on preventing these fraud from affecting business. We love the APP!

NoFraud is excellent at precisely identifying and rejecting the fraudulent orders. On top of that, staff members reply to enquiries very promptly. Shoutout to Shoshanah, who takes initiative to fix loopholes and being very resourceful when liaising with other app providers. Most importantly, the app has greatly reduced our chargeback rates.

This solution has worked perfectly for us. Our category (electronics) has a high risk of fraud and NoFraud's system consistently delivers accurate order ratings and recommendations. If there's ever a question on a given order their support team is available and quickly returns our messages. Would definitely recommend

So far so good. We haven't had any fraud get by us since we installed the app and started working with the team. We had a lot of fraud before that, which when we tried to handle on our own, even with all the free Paypal and other filters, still resulted in fair sized losses every month . They are very responsive and do their job well. Plus this option is a good deal less expensive than some of the alternatives.

Prior to installing and using NoFraud, we were getting hit with a lot of chargebacks due to fraudulent orders being processed. Since utilizing NoFraud, we have not received any further chargebacks. Their CS team is amazing to work with as well! Highly recommend!

This app changed everything for us. We used to be fraught with fraud, getting chargebacks left and right, but since we started working with the NoFraud team, we've yet to encounter one, while accepting MORE orders. They accept orders other apps would've failed, knowing how better to research the customer and ascertain if they're fraudulent or not. They've saved us a ton of money, they're very competitively-priced within the industry, and by far and away the best fraud protection service out there. Don't think twice.

Incredible app and amazing team to work with. They pass a lot of orders that Shopify would've failed, having better knowledge and research regarding those customers, yet we haven't had ONE chargeback yet. They know exactly what they're doing. I once questioned one of their choices but they explained to me everything that's going on behind the scenes and why they passed a certain customer. He turned out to be one of my best customers, ordering over $1,000 worth of product over the past year and most definitely not fraud--he's now fully green-lighted by Shopify as well. Had his first order not gone through, he'd have gone elsewhere. Highly recommend over any other app, including Shopify Fraud.

We've been using Nofraud for over a year, we cannot trust shopify fraud prevention but noFraud offers a much higher level of sophistication, well worth it!

Shoshanah is the best at No Fraud their software has drastically helped improve our store security and gave us a peace of mind with each order would recommend with high and medium volume sellers !!!

I've tried other similar apps, but NoFraud is my favorite. It's very easy to use. Very rarely do we get a false positive (where an order is real/no fake, and transaction identified as potentially fraudulent and needs add'l info from customer). But so far my favorite feature is the ability to white-list known repeat customers, reducing fees we pay.

We have used several other fraud analysis tools but this is the only one that has allowed us to be completely hands off. Saves us a lot of time! They were very helpful in the set up and continue to offer help when questions arise.

My company has been using NoFraud for several years and on multiple eCommerce platforms now, and the first thing that really stands out to me about this service is their excellent customer service. They have always responded quickly to support tickets and questions about their service, and their customer service reps are friendly and knowledgable. They have really nailed the customer experience.

Without a doubt, NoFraud has significantly helped - we no longer worry about fraudulent orders. The go to folks for fraud detection. Highly recommended.

I like it for peace of mind that fraudulent activities are screened out, reducing the level of risk for our store.

This app has been such a life saver! We have three different Shopify stores and use this app on all of them. If you are not a fraud expert it can be extremely difficult/time consuming to successfully screen orders and No Fraud takes this burden off our shoulders and gives us a service we can rely on. The app itself it very easy to use, and contains everything we need. All the support representatives at No Fraud are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt at responding. I could not be more pleased with our experience with No Fraud!

No fraud has helped us tremendously by catching fraudulent orders before they make it to our fulfillment center. No fraud app provides amazing support. Shoshanah has been extremely helpful through the entire process of the integration of the app and providing amazing personal service. NoFraud has facilitated the screening process for our online orders which they do an excellent job at it. Analyst Blumi is amazing to work with as she is always available to answer any question or concern we may have about an order whether it is by phone or email she always answers. We recommend this to any online company that wants to feel safe for the company and its customers.
