Prior to installing and using NoFraud, we were getting hit with a lot of chargebacks due to fraudulent orders being processed. Since utilizing NoFraud, we have not received any further chargebacks. Their CS team is amazing to work with as well! Highly recommend!

This app changed everything for us. We used to be fraught with fraud, getting chargebacks left and right, but since we started working with the NoFraud team, we've yet to encounter one, while accepting MORE orders. They accept orders other apps would've failed, knowing how better to research the customer and ascertain if they're fraudulent or not. They've saved us a ton of money, they're very competitively-priced within the industry, and by far and away the best fraud protection service out there. Don't think twice.

Incredible app and amazing team to work with. They pass a lot of orders that Shopify would've failed, having better knowledge and research regarding those customers, yet we haven't had ONE chargeback yet. They know exactly what they're doing. I once questioned one of their choices but they explained to me everything that's going on behind the scenes and why they passed a certain customer. He turned out to be one of my best customers, ordering over $1,000 worth of product over the past year and most definitely not fraud--he's now fully green-lighted by Shopify as well. Had his first order not gone through, he'd have gone elsewhere. Highly recommend over any other app, including Shopify Fraud.

We've been using Nofraud for over a year, we cannot trust shopify fraud prevention but noFraud offers a much higher level of sophistication, well worth it!

I've tried other similar apps, but NoFraud is my favorite. It's very easy to use. Very rarely do we get a false positive (where an order is real/no fake, and transaction identified as potentially fraudulent and needs add'l info from customer). But so far my favorite feature is the ability to white-list known repeat customers, reducing fees we pay.

We have used several other fraud analysis tools but this is the only one that has allowed us to be completely hands off. Saves us a lot of time! They were very helpful in the set up and continue to offer help when questions arise.

This app has been such a life saver! We have three different Shopify stores and use this app on all of them. If you are not a fraud expert it can be extremely difficult/time consuming to successfully screen orders and No Fraud takes this burden off our shoulders and gives us a service we can rely on. The app itself it very easy to use, and contains everything we need. All the support representatives at No Fraud are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt at responding. I could not be more pleased with our experience with No Fraud!

NoFraud has facilitated the screening process for our online orders which they do an excellent job at it. Analyst Blumi is amazing to work with as she is always available to answer any question or concern we may have about an order whether it is by phone or email she always answers. I have two stores using NoFraud. This app is a must-install for any store selling high value goods. NoFraud approves orders I would have been too nervous to fulfill. Their team is very responsive in answering questions on why an order was approved or declined.

We originally started using Signifyd for fraud prevention. SIgnifyd started off ok and our orders were being checked and guaranteed. Then gradually more and more orders were declined for no good reason. Our customer service team ended up doing their usual checks with social media/ directory enquiries and contacting the customer, to find that actually the customer was most likely genuine. We then had to feed this all back to Signifyd so they could make a second decision. And again, sometimes they approved it and sometimes they would decline just because it was going to a different address. We were having to cancel orders as Signifyd were not guaranteeing them. Basically, we seemed to be doing as much work, if not more work. before we installed Signifyd. And receiving fewer results with Signifd. Then we came across NoFraud. The customer platform is more user-friendly and easy to navigate. They tag orders with responses, which helps us identify an order and filter orders. NoFraud proactively does the review for us which means we free up our time to focus on the genuine orders. And most importantly more orders are guaranteed. Which means faster processing, picking and packing, and much happier Urban Industry customers :) The support has been amazing and the installation was unbelievably quick. I would definitely recommend using No Fraud to help grow your business.

I have been with NoFraud for two months after moving from Signifyd. I love the experience way better and much more personalized. The customer service is top notch. The rate of approval is better and the rate that NoFraud charges is lower for a better service. I have recommended this to few of my friends that are in e-commerce business. Keep up the great work NoFraud.
