Solid product and rockstar rep! We got our hands held during the free trial, and the NoFraud rep was super knowledgable, giving us insights and relevant info to our business case(s). The app works as advertised, really flexible and extensive with features. Totally recommend!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at NoFraud. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The peace of mind we get from knowing that they are handling the fraud check process is invaluable. Our product has a high risk of fraud and NoFraud's system consistently delivers accurate order ratings and recommendations. Fantastic service and team. Before NoFraud we had 1 full-time employee dedicated to chasing down fraud. It was ineffective at best. For high volume stores you will see immediate savings in payroll and get those chargebacks that NoFraud approved refunded. It's a win-win for everybody. Highly recommend installing this app today.

NoFraud helps me detect fraudulent orders quickly and allows me to ship my orders quickly with no worry on shopify! I used to have numerous fraudulent orders shipped and now those times are gone! Best app I love it! Thank you NoFraud for your great customer service and your service all throughout.

By the end of 2019 we were getting a huge spike of dodgy orders, and we didn't know what to do with them. Luckily I found NoFraud in the Shopify App store with 4.9 stars and many reviews - and as I write this, they are completely true. Recommended!

I used it during trial period but as a small business owner I didnt qualify for their chargeback protection so I did not continue with them.

We had a big problem with fradulent transactions and not enough resources to monitor that daily. This app was a life saver to our business but automating that process and at the same time helped us bring in more money as well.

Our transaction amount concerns were addressed after discussing with the company. ** We have only had NoFraud active for a few weeks and I already see how its tools to help detect fraud give you as the merchant more piece of mind doing business on the internet. We had a transaction of around $2k that needed to be reviewed which they handled completely for us. It felt great knowing the customer was contacted and verified before we had that dollar amount placed in a box and sent to a stranger. We've been burned in the past and love that we can breath easier for a small percentage of our sales. Definitely worth it. - Pro Team Pro Cabinet Supply, Inc. --------------------- ORIGINAL REVIEW -------------------------- ** I would like to start by saying our business deals with large transactions on a regular basis each month, and presented this information immediately upon speaking to the sales team ** We are not satisfied at all with how the sales process was presented. We spent time and effort thinking this could be a good app, and dealt directly with the sales team for a few meetings. Once we thought all was well and we were going to proceed due to the benefits of using the app and pricing that worked in line with the insurance we THOUGHT we would be receving, we were presented one caveat that was never shared...... there is a cap on the chargeback limit. We deal with +$2000 transactions at least 4 times a month, and after being informed we would spend over $250 a month for chargeback coverage, we were told we only could be covered for $700 per chargeback. They also stated that "5 transactions out of 100,000 get through the fraud detection" meaning very low risk on their side. So let's do the math..... I am on average going to spend with this company $3000 a year, and MAYBE a chargeback occurs during the year, but will only cover $700? What kind of joke is that? Why would we ever spend that kind of money if we were not protected completely? That is the whole point of insurance! Maybe this app can work for companies that deal with less than $1000 transactions, but the whole point in our eyes of using something like this is to not worry about THE LARGE TRANSACTIONS. NoFraud is excellent at precisely identifying and rejecting the fraudulent orders. On top of that, staff members reply to enquiries very promptly. Shoutout to Shoshanah, who takes initiative to fix loopholes and being very resourceful when liaising with other app providers. Most importantly, the app has greatly reduced our chargeback rates.

This solution has worked perfectly for us. Our category (electronics) has a high risk of fraud and NoFraud's system consistently delivers accurate order ratings and recommendations. If there's ever a question on a given order their support team is available and quickly returns our messages. Would definitely recommend

So far so good. We haven't had any fraud get by us since we installed the app and started working with the team. We had a lot of fraud before that, which when we tried to handle on our own, even with all the free Paypal and other filters, still resulted in fair sized losses every month . They are very responsive and do their job well. Plus this option is a good deal less expensive than some of the alternatives.
