I've been using this app for about 3 years now. NoFraud saved me a lot of money specifically during the rise of credit card fraud. The customer service team is super friendly and helpful, the tech team is knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend these guys to ALL Shopify stores!

No Fraud was really awesome! Really2 helpful. I've been attacked last June by fraudsters and this really helped us a lot to overcome the attackers! good job!

This is excellent! I have been using them for over 4 years and they saved me over 60,000.00 in fraudulent transactions. They will catch those thieves that hit you site and they even guarantee it!! They have even proved it! I love working with these guys. They are very responsive and you don't have to worry about your online busy from fraud anymore. It is really peace of mind! I have multiple site and I use these guys for all my site. There negative I can say about these guys. They really are the best.

Great company for fraud. We compared them with other services available, and they were far cheaper, especially against the other popular option, Signifyd. The customer service has been amazing and they were able to help us set rules into place for different customizations on our site. Took less than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. So easy. Highly recommend!!!

NoFraud saved our business from fraudsters! Prior to integrating the NoFraud app in our Shopify store we were literally under siege in a losing battle with the fraudsters. We didn't know where to turn and nothing was working. We tried different levels of fraud protection from our merchant processor but that proved to be very problematic because a lot of valid charges would end up getting declined and that was costing us sales. I was at my wits end with no idea what to do to stop the slimy fraudsters from running their scams. A colleague recommended NoFraud to me and I can honestly say that it saved our online shop from disaster. The integration was super easy and we were up and running in about 15 minutes. We caught fraudulent orders within our first hour and within a couple weeks our fraud problem was a distant memory. NO JOKE!! I am not just saying that and I am NOT making that up. I can’t say enough about how well this app works. NoFraud has saved me countless hours in dealing with refunds, chargebacks and irate customers. Oh yea, the customers! How many innocent victims of fraudulent charges are being instantly saved from having to make that annoying and time consuming phone call to their bank or CC company to dispute a charge that they know wasn’t made by them … maybe HUNDREDS, THOUSANDS!! Honestly though this app is everything it promises and more! THANK YOU NOFRAUD!! THIS APP IS TOPS IN MY BOOK!!!!

Great app! It has saved us a lot in potentially fraudulent orders being fulfilled. Their customer service team is quick to reply with solutions and is very hands on. Couldn't be more happy we started!

Solid product and rockstar rep! We got our hands held during the free trial, and the NoFraud rep was super knowledgable, giving us insights and relevant info to our business case(s). The app works as advertised, really flexible and extensive with features. Totally recommend!

Excellent App. I've had more than my share of chargebacks in the past and now this app looks after all of my orders without a hitch. You just enable the app and thats it.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at NoFraud. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The peace of mind we get from knowing that they are handling the fraud check process is invaluable. Our product has a high risk of fraud and NoFraud's system consistently delivers accurate order ratings and recommendations. We have been using the NoFraud app for about a year and highly recommend it.

Fantastic service and team. Before NoFraud we had 1 full-time employee dedicated to chasing down fraud. It was ineffective at best. For high volume stores you will see immediate savings in payroll and get those chargebacks that NoFraud approved refunded. It's a win-win for everybody. Highly recommend installing this app today.

The team at NoFraud are amazing. They have been a strong partner against the fraudsters. Right before we signed up we were hit with several thousand dollars of Mule Fraud. The addition of this app has definitely saved us money. Worth every penny. I would totally recommend them.

NoFraud helps me detect fraudulent orders quickly and allows me to ship my orders quickly with no worry on shopify! I used to have numerous fraudulent orders shipped and now those times are gone! Best app I love it! Thank you NoFraud for your great customer service and your service all throughout.

This is a very bad app. Installing this app makes your website very slow. We have uninstalled this app, yet a lot of its code is present in our theme which has not been deleted. We had emailed him for this but we have not received any reply. VERY VERY VERY BAD!!
Thank you for your review. We'd like to address all three of your concerns: 1. Site Speed: NoFraud audits the effect of its app on site speed at least weekly. Our latest audit revealed that it takes an average of 40 milliseconds (that is 0.04 seconds) to load our JS script, and that is while other parts of your site are loading at the same time. Meaning, NoFraud does not add a noticeable effect on site loading time. We have had the rare occurrence of a JS script conflict, which was quickly and easily resolved when the customer reached out to our support team. We have not received any support tickets from you while the app was installed. 2. Leftover code: The only code NoFraud installs on your site is a JS script, which is removed when you uninstall the app. We confirmed by looking at the source code of your site - the NoFraud JS Script is no longer there. You had communicated with a team member this afternoon, asking for the NoFraud notes to be removed from your order history, as you thought those notes can potentially slow your site down. When an app is installed, Shopify does not remove any notes in the orders page, as they may be needed for future reference. Your Shopify interface and website are two different websites and notes on a Shopify order will not impact your website's site speed. 3. Support: Our support team is quick to respond to customer inquiries, as evidenced in the other reviews from existing customers. You had reached out to NoFraud via Shopify support Saturday afternoon and left this review Sunday morning. All requests via our helpdesk are answered immediately during business hours. On weekends, any urgent helpdesk ticket is routed to support for immediate resolution. There is no escalation option when you email NoFraud via Shopify. We reached out Sunday evening, asking for more information so we can troubleshoot on your behalf. NoFraud is committed to helping every customer quickly and would have been happy to resolve your issue while the app was installed, when communicating via the right channels for an immediate resolution. By the end of 2019 we were getting a huge spike of dodgy orders, and we didn't know what to do with them. Luckily I found NoFraud in the Shopify App store with 4.9 stars and many reviews - and as I write this, they are completely true. Recommended!
