5 stars across the board! We switched a year ago from Signifyd to NoFraud and not only did my approval rate increase drastically but pricing was also a lot more competitive. The integration is seamless and literally worked out of the box with zero changes to our current workflow. The team at NoFraud including Shoshanah, Yehudah, Blumi, Viktoriia, Irina, Zahraa, Louis, Rachel are all amazing to work with and are super quick to respond to my inquires. Couldn't be happier with the solution and support. I highly recommend NoFraud to all Shopify stores!

5 Stars! Shoshanah is AMAZING, exceptionally professional, thorough & lovely & always responds within 24 hours. Without question, this app was an epic find. The streamlined process is clear, direct, easy to use & frees up A LOT of time. The stress of managing this would literally keep me up at night ... the question of "should I ship" weighs on all of us smaller sellers. I used to hand view ever single order following up with the customer, verifying ID & even doing that would STILL result in fraud chargebacks OR cancellations. ------------------------------------------ - -OH! One of the best unintended features is their blacklist feature. That one little features is an absolute incredible value add because it just drops us an email in our inbox with a big ol' FAIL. From there, you can check your shopify notes & verify the issue (usually non-receipt claims). So, if we could have a few different notations not just black list but: RED FLAG: WARNING - HUMAN CLAIMS NON-RECEIPT. SHIP WITH SIGNATURE. That would cut down on the time to investigate. -------------------------------------------------------------------- - -I do have one last & VERY ambitious ask. I would love to see an add on for protection against "non receipt claims" similar to Paypal. Where we ship & they cover, offering full coverage & the app just surcharges & crowdfunds the 1% or 2% on the back-end with reasonable limits (such as under $500). That next level "no fraud" including "friendly fraud" staple would make this app indispensable. I'm very proud of your team. Very proud. Bravo.

We love this product. Prior to Shopify’s product, we were using one of the bigger players in the market , which was expensive and hard to navigate & use – especially for our customer service agents. What we love about NoFraud so far: -Easy to use and understand -Great dashboard -Visibility of a human checking up on a questionable order -Whitelisting IP addresses for telephone orders -Support for non credit card orders Recommend!

I can't speak highly enough of Shoshanah. She's been so helpful for the past year since the onboarding and as this business has continued to grow. When we first onboarded, we were getting hit with heavy fraud, and it had a really tough impact on the business. With NoFraud, we've been able to accept more orders and have the confidence that everything is as it should be when fulfilling. What separates NoFraud in my view from the rest is the caliber of support and the human review process. They have 24/7 support and you can submit a ticket with orders and get a prompt response with human review. Thank you to Shoshanah and NoFraud!

I switched to NoFraud from another guaranteed fraud prevention provider. My approval rate improved, pricing was more competitive, NoFraud customer support is superb and the user interface is intuitive and informative. My only regret is that I did not make the change sooner

Seems to be good. Though I find this part a bit misleading... The first listing under their FEATURES: "*Chargeback Protection: Should a fraud chargeback occur on an order NoFraud passed, NoFraud will reimburse you for the full chargeback amount. Minimum volume required for Chargeback Protection eligibility." This is only true if you have transactions over $50,000 per month (I assume this is USD?) & pay their fees, which is not transparent. Not so cool.

NoFraud has been absolutely amazing. Before NoFraud, we were suffering from a barrage of fraud attempts, which resulted in tens of thousands of dollars of chargebacks. Since installing the attempts have fallen a lot. The fraud networks communicate with each other to identify easy prey. Once you install this app, they will give up hope. It only took an hour or two to install and configure. The pricing is good. The support is the best. I think it's a no brainer.

The best way to describe why I'm leaving a 5 star review would be that I can sleep better at night. Knowing that I have this app checking all orders and that when they are shipped, they've passed fraud checks is a big relief. The team at No Fraud has been awesome to work with and very accommodating. We do hundreds of orders a day and we have not had any issues.

Update: The Business Development Manager reached out to assist. The customer service was a great experience, however, I don't see the value of $50 when I can get the same for $10. That is the reason why I don't go above 3 stars for this app.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Let's address each part of your feedback: 1. Payment: For most customers, NoFraud uses a replenish billing system, where you fund your account with a defined billing increment and your usage is deducted from your account balance once the day is over. You control the refill amount and the funds always belong to you. All this is clearly laid out in the Rate Agreement you signed as well as the Billing tab within the NoFraud portal, where you can edit your refill amount, view your daily usage, download statements or request a payout of funds. You have uninstalled our app and the remaining balance was refunded back to you, which you will see as a credit on your Shopify statement. Of course, customer support is available 24/7 so any questions on billing can always be answered via phone, email, our Knowledge Base and live chat. 2. Difference between the NoFraud and Shopify fraud analysis: We did a deep dive on your data to see if, in fact, NoFraud had the same fraud analysis as Shopify. Here is what we found: -There was a difference in analysis in 4.5% of all transactions screened. -3% of your transactions were flagged as Medium risk by Shopify, 92% were flagged as Pass by NoFraud -2% of transactions were flagged as high risk by Shopify, we agreed with the decision 56% of the time. 44% of transactions that Shopify marked as High Risk we validated, in line with our goal of increasing your order approval rate. -There was one transaction we flagged as fail that Shopify flagged as low risk. A member of our analyst team reviewed that transaction and confirmed it is fraudulent. The primary reasons were IP risk, use of an email with no history and most importantly, the order was shipping to a known fraudulent address. Conclusion: -There are many major differences between the NoFraud and Shopify fraud analysis -NoFraud was able to increase your order approval rate on the transactions Shopify identified as fraud by 44%, more than the average, which is 15.6% (Full case study here: https://www.nofraud.com/shopify-case-study) -With its reliance on advanced technology, NoFraud was able to identify fraud that Shopify missed A line item report is in your inbox, highlighting the transactions where the fraud analysis is different, so you can easily review them. Great product that effectively filtered fraudulent and suspicious orders and took the time to work with us to resolve them and optimize to avoid them in the future. I would highly recommend if you are having issues with fraud.

Great service, highly recommend. As we sell consumer electronics we required fraud protection or we'd be out of business. I used Signifyd for years but when I moved my shop from Magento to Shopify I reevaluated and chose No Fraud. The fees are lower, far fewer orders are flagged so less operations time for my team and the service is great. Install was seamless and their knowledge center answers all questions me or my team has. We've been using them for about 3 months now and all is good and I'm happy we're with them.

The NoFraud app is the best way to protect yourself from fraudulent orders. The app is really easy to install and setup. NoFraud's analysis has been much more effective over the standard default Shopify fraud analysis. It catches fraud missed by Shopify and passes orders that Shopify said were high risk - and no chargeback was received on those orders" . Best part is you could contact NoFraud and speak with someone about a transaction in question if needed. This is a huge benefit. If you ever need assistance they are always quick to respond. I could easily say this is a Must Have App.

No documentation/YouTube tutorials, extremely overwhelming app. Cancels orders that aren't classified by Shopify as High Fraud but does its own classifications. So basically it cancelled orders from people that weren't trying to scam us but due to not finding the button to activate the automatic cancellation of fraud orders (main feature in my opinion) the orders that were fraud, slipped through. Not a good app for me, the second star is for the kind customer support but I need a set up guide not someone I have to ask 20 questions.

Thank you for your review. Let's address both points you bring up in your review: Documentation: NoFraud provides extensive documentation in its Help Center that covers every feature. There is also documentation in the welcome email you received when you signed up for the NoFraud service. Of course, you are always welcome to contact NoFraud via phone (yes, we provide phone support), chat, email and via our ticketing system within the NoFraud portal with any question you may have. When you sent your sole email to support on October 19th, asking for assistance on how to turn on the auto-cancel feature, you had mentioned that we did not have any video tutorials. Our customer service team responded to your inquiry immediately and said they would bring your suggestion up to the marketing team. We agree that a video tutorial would be helpful to those that learn best via video and are in the process of creating it - thank you for the suggestion! Decisioning: NoFraud uses cutting edge fraud prevention technology + human intelligence when necessary to provide a more accurate response than what Shopify provides. That is why you will see some orders that Shopify identifies as high risk that NoFraud said are safe to ship and vice versa. Our latest study shows that  23.8% of all orders Shopify deems as high risk are safe to ship, and we back our decision with a chargeback guarantee (Full study is available here: https://www.nofraud.com/shopify-case-study). The goal of using a service like NoFraud is not only to identify fraudulent transactions more accurately, but also to increase your order approval rate and eliminate manual review entirely. NoFraud has been great for us here at Capital BBQ. As a small business we were able to negotiate a fair price based on our volume. Before using NoFraud, we’d always have to do manual verification of our customers information when the billing and shipping address did not match, which was not only time consuming but also rubbed some honest customers the wrong way when we called. With NoFraud, there’s no grey areas, and plenty of piece of mind. It’s either pass or fail. When a transaction passes, we have piece of mind knowing we’re 100% covered by NoFraud’s excellent protection. This made things a lot easier as our company grew, saving us thousands of dollars, and countless hours of work. NoFraud has been and excellent partner to help us prevent fraud in the past 6 months and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them for years to come.

Their rates are half of the last company I was using and I've never had an issue with a claim. I'd recommend to try them out and get a quote for their chargeback protection.
