Extremely helpful. The team is quick to respond with any queries and they have now aided us in getting NoFraud set up for all three of our stores. Highly recommend!

NoFraud has been absolutely amazing. Before NoFraud, we were suffering from a barrage of fraud attempts, which resulted in tens of thousands of dollars of chargebacks. Since installing the attempts have fallen a lot. The fraud networks communicate with each other to identify easy prey. Once you install this app, they will give up hope. It only took an hour or two to install and configure. The pricing is good. The support is the best. I think it's a no brainer.

The best way to describe why I'm leaving a 5 star review would be that I can sleep better at night. Knowing that I have this app checking all orders and that when they are shipped, they've passed fraud checks is a big relief. The team at No Fraud has been awesome to work with and very accommodating. We do hundreds of orders a day and we have not had any issues.

Great product that effectively filtered fraudulent and suspicious orders and took the time to work with us to resolve them and optimize to avoid them in the future. I would highly recommend if you are having issues with fraud.

Great service, highly recommend. As we sell consumer electronics we required fraud protection or we'd be out of business. I used Signifyd for years but when I moved my shop from Magento to Shopify I reevaluated and chose No Fraud. The fees are lower, far fewer orders are flagged so less operations time for my team and the service is great. Install was seamless and their knowledge center answers all questions me or my team has. We've been using them for about 3 months now and all is good and I'm happy we're with them.

The NoFraud app is the best way to protect yourself from fraudulent orders. The app is really easy to install and setup. NoFraud's analysis has been much more effective over the standard default Shopify fraud analysis. It catches fraud missed by Shopify and passes orders that Shopify said were high risk - and no chargeback was received on those orders" . Best part is you could contact NoFraud and speak with someone about a transaction in question if needed. This is a huge benefit. If you ever need assistance they are always quick to respond. I could easily say this is a Must Have App.

No documentation/YouTube tutorials, extremely overwhelming app. Cancels orders that aren't classified by Shopify as High Fraud but does its own classifications. So basically it cancelled orders from people that weren't trying to scam us but due to not finding the button to activate the automatic cancellation of fraud orders (main feature in my opinion) the orders that were fraud, slipped through. Not a good app for me, the second star is for the kind customer support but I need a set up guide not someone I have to ask 20 questions.

There is also documentation in the welcome email you received when you signed up for the NoFraud service. Of course, you are always welcome to contact NoFraud via phone (yes, we provide phone support), chat, email and via our ticketing system within the NoFraud portal with any question you may have. When you sent your sole email to support on October 19th, asking for assistance on how to turn on the auto-cancel feature, you had mentioned that we did not have any video tutorials. Our customer service team responded to your inquiry immediately and said they would bring your suggestion up to the marketing team. We agree that a video tutorial would be helpful to those that learn best via video and are in the process of creating it - thank you for the suggestion! Decisioning: NoFraud uses cutting edge fraud prevention technology + human intelligence when necessary to provide a more accurate response than what Shopify provides. That is why you will see some orders that Shopify identifies as high risk that NoFraud said are safe to ship and vice versa. NoFraud has been great for us here at Capital BBQ. As a small business we were able to negotiate a fair price based on our volume. Before using NoFraud, we’d always have to do manual verification of our customers information when the billing and shipping address did not match, which was not only time consuming but also rubbed some honest customers the wrong way when we called. With NoFraud, there’s no grey areas, and plenty of piece of mind. It’s either pass or fail. When a transaction passes, we have piece of mind knowing we’re 100% covered by NoFraud’s excellent protection. This made things a lot easier as our company grew, saving us thousands of dollars, and countless hours of work. I've been using this app for about 3 years now. NoFraud saved me a lot of money specifically during the rise of credit card fraud. The customer service team is super friendly and helpful, the tech team is knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend these guys to ALL Shopify stores!

This is excellent! I have been using them for over 4 years and they saved me over 60,000.00 in fraudulent transactions. They will catch those thieves that hit you site and they even guarantee it!! They have even proved it! I love working with these guys. They are very responsive and you don't have to worry about your online busy from fraud anymore. It is really peace of mind! I have multiple site and I use these guys for all my site. There negative I can say about these guys. They really are the best.

Great company for fraud. We compared them with other services available, and they were far cheaper, especially against the other popular option, Signifyd. The customer service has been amazing and they were able to help us set rules into place for different customizations on our site. Took less than 10 minutes to get everything up and running. So easy. Highly recommend!!!

NoFraud saved our business from fraudsters! Prior to integrating the NoFraud app in our Shopify store we were literally under siege in a losing battle with the fraudsters. We didn't know where to turn and nothing was working. We tried different levels of fraud protection from our merchant processor but that proved to be very problematic because a lot of valid charges would end up getting declined and that was costing us sales. I was at my wits end with no idea what to do to stop the slimy fraudsters from running their scams. A colleague recommended NoFraud to me and I can honestly say that it saved our online shop from disaster. The integration was super easy and we were up and running in about 15 minutes. We caught fraudulent orders within our first hour and within a couple weeks our fraud problem was a distant memory. NO JOKE!! I am not just saying that and I am NOT making that up. I can’t say enough about how well this app works. NoFraud has saved me countless hours in dealing with refunds, chargebacks and irate customers. Oh yea, the customers! How many innocent victims of fraudulent charges are being instantly saved from having to make that annoying and time consuming phone call to their bank or CC company to dispute a charge that they know wasn’t made by them … maybe HUNDREDS, THOUSANDS!! Honestly though this app is everything it promises and more! THANK YOU NOFRAUD!! THIS APP IS TOPS IN MY BOOK!!!!

Great app! It has saved us a lot in potentially fraudulent orders being fulfilled. Their customer service team is quick to reply with solutions and is very hands on. Couldn't be more happy we started!

Solid product and rockstar rep! We got our hands held during the free trial, and the NoFraud rep was super knowledgable, giving us insights and relevant info to our business case(s). The app works as advertised, really flexible and extensive with features. Totally recommend!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about the team at NoFraud. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The peace of mind we get from knowing that they are handling the fraud check process is invaluable. Our product has a high risk of fraud and NoFraud's system consistently delivers accurate order ratings and recommendations. We have been using the NoFraud app for about a year and highly recommend it.

Fantastic service and team. Before NoFraud we had 1 full-time employee dedicated to chasing down fraud. It was ineffective at best. For high volume stores you will see immediate savings in payroll and get those chargebacks that NoFraud approved refunded. It's a win-win for everybody. Highly recommend installing this app today.

Recommended! They will help me review every transaction to ensure that the transaction is safe. Let me not worry about transaction security! The price is reasonable!
