We installed the application just before the 2021 holiday season, expecting a rush and we wanted to be protected but we also wanted to be sure we weren't rejecting perfectly good orders. After extensive research and comparisons, and calls, and walkthroughs.. you get the idea. We decided on NoFraud. Long story short we could not be happier. Our season went off without a hitch. All our transactions went smoothly, all covered by NoFraud. The rollout leading up to this was just as smooth. We have Shopify Plus so we have some custom integrations with our ERP and processor and it was much easier than we expected, added some tags to support the NoFraud process and we were up and running in less than a week on all our sites. The NoFraud team is responsive, helpful, and proactive. They are also very willing to hear feedback which is a breath of fresh air these days. All of that adds up to some serious value for your buck compared to others.

NoFraud has been helpful in monitoring transactions involving the big ticket items that we sell. Especially around the holiday sales, we've had numerous fraudulent transactions come through, and we avoid the shipping costs of sending orders out to fraudulent people, and we can then refund customers who have been victimized this way instantly without repercussions. Definitely worth having this app!

We love NoFraud, they have helped us avoid unnecessary chargebacks. They flag suspicious purchases within seconds and provide us with the necessary follow up on how to proceed with the order. Their support team is quick and sufficient. Would recommend them to any business is high value products.

This is some of the best money we have ever spent. Integrating the app was quick and smooth, the support is fantastic and far superior to the service offered by some of their competitors. Our fraudulent orders have dropped by almost 60% since integrating NoFraud as compared to Signifyd and all orders that are charged-back are quickly reimbursed. If you're accepting credit card payments online, you can’t afford not to get them! NoFraud recently rolled our a service called "Chargeback Management Tool" which we have enrolled, the tool allows us to automate all disputes to be handled by the NoFraud team and free up our team's time in handling more important tasks. Well done NoFraud team!

Update 12/2/21: The NoFraud team reached out to me quickly through multiple sources after seeing my post and provided timely follow-up service to ensure my issue was handled. Exceptional customer service is clearly a high priority for this company. I used the Get Support feature for help with our store over a week ago. I have not received a response, and can't find a contact number or direct email address for assistance.

NoFraud is a huge time saver and money maker for us. No fraud increased in our sales by allowing us to ship orders we weren't sure about and stops orders we thought are good. Completely automated and easy to install and use.

NoFraud was recommended to us as a means of increasing our sales through NoFraud's commitment to truly understanding the potential risk associated with any customer's order. Because NoFraud takes more steps to validate the potential for risk, and the opportunity for passing the customer's order through, we hoped to be able to increase the number of passed orders, without assuming more risk. We asked NoFraud to prove their claim. They set up a side-by-side comparison with our existing fraud prevention service provider over a two-week period. Every order that came through our store was handled by our existing provider, and NoFraud ran their usual range of fraud risk assessments. Even with NoFraud FAILING some orders that our existing provider PASSED, the overall benefit from NoFraud was evident in the total net value of orders PASSED by NoFraud that were FAILED by our existing provider. The implementation was fast and painless, along with hands-on training and suggestions to make the process much more transparent to our customer service team. I have already recommended NoFraud to several business partners as a way to increase sales, while still preventing potential fraudulent transactions.

5 stars across the board! We switched a year ago from Signifyd to NoFraud and not only did my approval rate increase drastically but pricing was also a lot more competitive. The integration is seamless and literally worked out of the box with zero changes to our current workflow. The team at NoFraud including Shoshanah, Yehudah, Blumi, Viktoriia, Irina, Zahraa, Louis, Rachel are all amazing to work with and are super quick to respond to my inquires. Couldn't be happier with the solution and support. I highly recommend NoFraud to all Shopify stores!

5 Stars! Shoshanah is AMAZING, exceptionally professional, thorough & lovely & always responds within 24 hours. Without question, this app was an epic find. The streamlined process is clear, direct, easy to use & frees up A LOT of time. The stress of managing this would literally keep me up at night ... the question of "should I ship" weighs on all of us smaller sellers. I used to hand view ever single order following up with the customer, verifying ID & even doing that would STILL result in fraud chargebacks OR cancellations. ------------------------------------------ - -OH! One of the best unintended features is their blacklist feature. That one little features is an absolute incredible value add because it just drops us an email in our inbox with a big ol' FAIL. From there, you can check your shopify notes & verify the issue (usually non-receipt claims). So, if we could have a few different notations not just black list but: RED FLAG: WARNING - HUMAN CLAIMS NON-RECEIPT. SHIP WITH SIGNATURE. That would cut down on the time to investigate. -------------------------------------------------------------------- - -I do have one last & VERY ambitious ask. I would love to see an add on for protection against "non receipt claims" similar to Paypal. Where we ship & they cover, offering full coverage & the app just surcharges & crowdfunds the 1% or 2% on the back-end with reasonable limits (such as under $500). That next level "no fraud" including "friendly fraud" staple would make this app indispensable. I'm very proud of your team. Very proud. Bravo.

We love this product. Prior to Shopify’s product, we were using one of the bigger players in the market , which was expensive and hard to navigate & use – especially for our customer service agents. What we love about NoFraud so far: -Easy to use and understand -Great dashboard -Visibility of a human checking up on a questionable order -Whitelisting IP addresses for telephone orders -Support for non credit card orders Recommend!

I switched to NoFraud from another guaranteed fraud prevention provider. My approval rate improved, pricing was more competitive, NoFraud customer support is superb and the user interface is intuitive and informative. My only regret is that I did not make the change sooner

Seems to be good. Though I find this part a bit misleading... The first listing under their FEATURES: "*Chargeback Protection: Should a fraud chargeback occur on an order NoFraud passed, NoFraud will reimburse you for the full chargeback amount. Minimum volume required for Chargeback Protection eligibility." This is only true if you have transactions over $50,000 per month (I assume this is USD?) & pay their fees, which is not transparent. Not so cool.
