NoFraud has given us a piece of mind to help serve our international and domestic customers without the worry of requiring more info as they tackle it for us.

I have two stores using NoFraud. This app is a must-install for any store selling high value goods. NoFraud approves orders I would have been too nervous to fulfill. Their team is very responsive in answering questions on why an order was approved or declined.

We originally started using Signifyd for fraud prevention. SIgnifyd started off ok and our orders were being checked and guaranteed. Then gradually more and more orders were declined for no good reason. Our customer service team ended up doing their usual checks with social media/ directory enquiries and contacting the customer, to find that actually the customer was most likely genuine. We then had to feed this all back to Signifyd so they could make a second decision. And again, sometimes they approved it and sometimes they would decline just because it was going to a different address. We were having to cancel orders as Signifyd were not guaranteeing them. Basically, we seemed to be doing as much work, if not more work. before we installed Signifyd. And receiving fewer results with Signifd. Then we came across NoFraud. The customer platform is more user-friendly and easy to navigate. They tag orders with responses, which helps us identify an order and filter orders. NoFraud proactively does the review for us which means we free up our time to focus on the genuine orders. And most importantly more orders are guaranteed. Which means faster processing, picking and packing, and much happier Urban Industry customers :) The support has been amazing and the installation was unbelievably quick. I would definitely recommend using No Fraud to help grow your business.

I have been with NoFraud for two months after moving from Signifyd. I love the experience way better and much more personalized. The customer service is top notch. The rate of approval is better and the rate that NoFraud charges is lower for a better service. I have recommended this to few of my friends that are in e-commerce business. Keep up the great work NoFraud.

NoFraud has saved us from over 100k In Fraudulent orders and has allowed our entire team to work on more urgent tasks. They are a rock and roll squad and there sales and support team respond very quickly to all my concerns. I recommend them to anyone with fraud orders coming into there system even just as our insurance policy they beat the pricing we have gotten from other vendors of there type.

No Fraud is a must! I can't begin to say how much they were able to save us in potential fraud. They've worked with us even when we didn't have much in sales. Great company and awesome customer service. We highly recommend this service, especially if you're new to Shopify.

This app is a must! They have the best customer support, and their app really works! They even do reviews by phone on medium risk orders, in order not to just discard an order that could be legit. Don't waste your time and money on a different app. This app is amazing and well priced!

We have used No Fruad for a week now and every (6) high risk order was flagged and canceled with the App. I would recomend it to anyone who doesnt have the time to manually check each order for potential risk. Definitely will continue to use.

With NoFraud my website avoided 21 fraudulent transactions within the first month alone totaling over $500 in sales saved by declining fraudulent transactions. I'm one of their earlier customers. I made the switch to nofraud because of their better % pricing of chargeback insurance compared to their competitors, but they no longer offer this to me (due to my high $ amount transactions...I guess even for them it is too much risk and won't be profitable). So, I'm currently not paying for chargeback insurance because they either don't offer it to me anymore or because it is too expensive in my opinion (I forget, haven't looked at their policies in awhile), but we're on their "per transaction fee" model in which they just give me their recommendation of if they would recommend proceeding with the order. I like that they have some code that I put on my website for customer's to read me a unique number that basically informs nofraud of the customer's IP address (so they can use this as evidence of the customer's location when they are placing a phone order...so nofraud can replace my or my employee's IP address who are entering the order with the person's IP address who is placing the order).

Hands down one of the best services we have used. It makes it so much easier for us knowing we have someone monitoring our fraudulent charges as well as informing us whether to send certain orders out or not. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!

Great app! NoFraud alerted me to an order that I would have normally shipped out. They reached out to the cardholder on my behalf who confirmed that she did not make that order!!!! The app paid for itself for an entire year on just that one order! A no-brainer for any company that doesn't have the time to manually check each order for fraud.

Great app - I highly recommend it. Really easy setup, affordable, great customer service and I can now ship orders I would have previously declined (ex: Different billing & shipping addresses, international orders). We have not had a single fraudulent order since we started using NoFraud.
