Numeral Sales Tax

Numeral team is on top of it. We've had all sorts of challenges over the years and they've been very helpful. We worked with Avalara before and they were a nightmare, insanely expensive and had zero customer service. They had no one to answer the phones, and constantly tried to use AI bots to facilitate tax questions. Numeral is 1,000x better, and it's easy to connect with real people who can help in case of issues. I highly recommend.

Great app for handling sales tax. The customer service team goes above and beyond in handling complicated situations.

very quick response!!!!

We've been super happy with Numeral since the start. With whatever tax complexity comes up, they are able to get to the right answers.

Incredibly hands off and easy to understand, I honestly don't know what we would do without them, they keep track of everything for us. highly recommend

We have been using for sometime and hit a glitch which Sergio and the Numeral team were so helpful in getting it fixed for us.

Quick check, detailed reply, nice!

It is very easy to use and the support team provides quick response to troubleshoot. Would recommend to e-commerce companies that want to streamline the US sales tax reporting process.

Ben was incredibly helpful in resolving our outstanding tax issues in both Florida and Rhode Island. He kept us updated, clearly explained what happened, and made sure all balances and penalties were fully taken care of. We truly appreciate his follow-through, communication, and dedication to getting everything resolved!

Numeral has good customer service and I think it's very important in such a complex arena that all Numeral customers are not interested in figuring out. They get done what they say they'll do and if there's a glitch they'll fix it and follow up. Their interface is simple. I'd recommend them if someone asked.

Great communication! Client-first approach was much appreciated.

Signed up with Numeral after getting fed up with Avalara. Numeral is reasonably priced and has great customer service. Everyone is awesome and Javier has been exceptionally helpful!

Numeral is awesome. Their customer service team is top notch and help navigate the crazy world of sales tax with ease.

This app has helped my business so much! They are responsive and take care of the head aches of filing with precision.

We just had the best experience working with Taylor from Numeral. He was so very helpful and patient with me and all my questions.
