We have just started working with Numeral and I have to say that is a refreshing change from working with Avalara. We have received personalized emails detailing everything that they have completed and what we need to do. I have not received an email that just seems to be a standard response or something that anyone would receive. I am looking forward to seeing how they do with the actual returns.

Great app for taking care of us tax. Easy to understand UI and great support from Nataly, solving everything patiently and swiftly.

Ben delivered excellent and swift support connected to a quasi-complex issue related to a state tax deficiency that was no fault of ours. Not only did Ben deliver the clarifying support, he stated that Numeral would cover the costs if it wasn't resolved satisfactorily by the state. Ultimately, Numeral cleared the issue with the state and all is well. Ben advanced the solution here with significant speed and I couldn't have felt more cared for as a Numeral client.
