Tracking works fine, but the app is missing a pretty basic feature. It doesn't transmit the delivery status to Shopify, which makes no sense since the app already has that info. I reached out to support, and they said, "it's not part of our app's scope" and refused to implement it. That's disappointing since this is a standard feature for any tracking app.

However, our app is designed specifically to display a tracking page on your store for your customers and to show order tracking statuses within our app. It’s not intended to sync delivery statuses to the Shopify Admin. While this feature is not currently part of our app’s scope, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will pass it along to our development team to check further. Joyce and her team helped me with my tracking page to customize it how I needed to. I have multiple suppliers shipping out items for a single order at different times, and customers were constantly asking me where certain parts of their order were, because some items arrive before others, and my previous tracking page only showed one tracking link. This is the only tracking app that I know of that can handle showing ALL of the different tracking links and transit details on one page. Thank you Omega team!
