I will update this after I figure everything out. But I have to say Omnisend's support team are truly incredible and that alone so far is a game change for a first time entrepreneur fake-it-till-ya-make it one-woman team. The Flow looks less intimidating that the horrenfous Shopify flow already!
This is awesome to hear, especially as a one-woman team getting things off the ground. When you're doing it all yourself, having support that actually helps makes all the difference. We designed everything to be approachable so you can focus on growing your business. Excited to see where you take things as you keep growing!

I just want to say that Beran was AMAZING!!!! Ironically, but fortunately I was able to speak with Beran again tonight for a different issue. And just like in the past....well, lets just say he superseded what he did the other day. Let me tell you that he was GREAT the last time, but tonight he was Super-Fabulous!!!! He was very attentive. Answered all of my questions and made sure that before we got off of the phone that my issue had been resolved. He even sent me a short video to walk me step by step for additional assistance. Thank You Again Beran....You ROCK!!!!
We might need to print this one out and frame it! Beran really does go above and beyond, and that video walkthrough shows how committed he is to making sure everything clicks for you. When support works this well, it frees you up to focus on what matters most, running your business. Thanks for sharing this with us!
