I am a total newbie and this app makes everything easy. The support is Amazing. Not only will they help you find a video to guide you so you can be independent- They check back to make sure you understood the video or see do you need more help.

I have used so many email campaign platforms and this one is by far the easiest to use. I actually enjoy going into Omnisend and creating campaigns because there are no headaches involved. Everything works as it should. It is easy to navigate and it looks amazing.

Great app and well integrated with shopify. Automations are very good and everything around customer needs/ satisfaction. I like the automations regarding the abandoned cart, cross-sell and review! A very well made app

I used this app to help mass email my customers. It was so simple, and will continue to use it. They give you a template to work with and allow you to add products straight to the email with a shop now button(if you want to change shop now you can) all around the best emailing app out there. 5 Stars.

I have just used this for the first time, nice and easy to use, and was glad to learn that sending with omnisend with a domain email is best for getting through to your customer, hope to see a good open and received rate

We had previously been using Mailchimp and switched over to Omnisend. So far am very pleased with the integration with Shopify and the program itself is very user friendly and intuitive with good templates.

As the MailChimp broke up with Shopify, we have to use a new email tool. omnisend is a good choice. Online customer service is in time.

I like this app because it is easy to create an email marketing campaign. You can also get a fast customer service response using the chat option if you are having any issues.

We downloaded the app today and needed support with an error we were getting. Not only did we get a quick response via chat, but we even got a follow up email from their support team representative, Serge, to see if everything worked. This is exactly the type of support a store owner looks for in an email marketing partner. Thanks, Omnisend team!

I was using a different email marketing service before trying Omnisend and wow... the difference is astonishing. Before Omnisend, my email automations were anything but automated. I had to manually add a customer's email address for the email to send. Not only was the integration with Omnisend to my store seamless (the automation works!), but everything feels much smoother now. On top of that, they offer a free trial (which I'm still currently using), so there's really not a downside to giving Omnisend a chance.

I really liked Klavio but could not justify the rising costs for our small business as our email list grew. Omnisend is awesome because it gives me the same features as Klaviyo at a fraction of the cost. Really, it's a no brainer.

So far so good. Setting up for first automated campaigns was easy and segmenting list was intuitive.
