I have only had this app for about a week, but after sending my first campaign and setting up their recommended emails, I cannot tell you how happy I am about this app. I have used Mailchimp for almost 10 years, but I never found it to be easy, nor does it reflect my style. I love the simplicity of this app, and the various different things you can do with it. It is perfect. I will be sure to let you know if I change my mind, but I doubt it.

So far I'm loving this app! Creating an email campaign was super easy, the reports are extremely useful, and the customer service has been excellent!

Pretty easy to use, and the themes are nice. Especially those pop up sign up form, the main reason I switch to Omnisend from Mailchimp.... Wish they will keep improving.

So far, it is great. There is a leaning curve like with every widget, but I like it. The support is great.

I Absolutely LOVE this app. It allows for 3 things. First I can send email marketing, but it's not just me sending a bland looking text file. They have tons of easy to use drag and drop options to help make the email look really professional and well put together. I've tried doing this on my own before and the results were really bad looking (it kind of looked like my 9th grade chemistry report where we got to use clip art for the first time ever...., lol). With this app it actually looks like you'd expect a promo email to look. Second, it lets me create a nice looking pop up on my website that encourages people to opt in to my mailing list. I couple this with an incentive discount, and it works really well . Third it lets me place a static tab at the bottom of the page window that people can click on to subscribe. This allows you to get GOOD subscribers (ie people who want to be subscribed) without having to depend on them reading a popup (which most of us reflexively close) or get all the way to the checkout process. Currently my signup rate (which the app shows) is about 10x higher for the this method than it is for the popup. Also, I've only contacted their customer service once, and they were super fast and had the exact information I was looking for. It's a good app, and if you're toying with the idea of trying a marketing app or not sure which one to go with then just give this one a shot. You'll be happy with it. This app is powerful and easy to use. It has every tool needed for email automation at an affordable cost. Chat support is very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

So far so good ! Super smooth app at first glance it looks more complicated than mailchimp but is 10x easier and has a better work flow. Unlike mailchimp it doesn't feel lagged as far as viewing your performance. Ive seen increases in deliverability with my automated mail cant wait to upgrade to Pro during Q4 :)
