We moved from Mailchimp after the break-up with Shopify and it's been a pretty good transition. The support is excellent, they have a good team at Ominisend. The program is evolving also, reporting is not quite there yet but I think they will have that up before you know it. Hoping to see more great things as the partnerships grow.

I love this app. The Omnisend emails are just stunning visually and very easy to configure. They make sending beautiful, professional emails very easy. Great pricing too. Very fair. Exactly what I was looking for in an email marketing app.

Just have begun working in the app. Set up was pretty easy but ran into an issue with integration (clearly my issue)...was solved so quickly by the online support!!!! They are super friendly and amazingly helpful!

I basically understood the setup but needed extra help in the finishing touches. Used the scheduled conference call to get it done and it's fully functional now. The call idea is great, you get to actually see and talk to a real person instead of typing everything out. Very pleased with the results.

Omnisend is very user friendly and more intuitive (at least at first pass) than Klaviyo. It offers some additional features that I haven't seen offered by other email marketing services, namely, unobtrusive always visible area to sign up for the company newsletter. I am interested to see how this service plays out in practice and also interested in evaluating flow paths to see if they are also more intuitive than other services.

I have been using mailchimp for years, abandoned checkout notification, signups, email promo results were almost non existent. Within 24 hours of switching to Omnisend, the results paid for a full year sub to this app! Highly recommended and wish I was using this much earlier.
