This app is very intuitive and user-friendly. I love the live-chat feature because that means help is around all the time. Great app, definitely worth the investment!

Omnisend is probably easier than mailchimp. I was sad to know mailchimp was not being supportive anymore; however, I will never look back after trying Omnisend. www.acumetalfab.com

So far, this app has a lot more flexibility and ease of use. I can drag and drop coupons, etc. Also, having he option to save portions of an email makes it super time efficient.

I recently switched from Mailchimp to Omnisend and I'm extremely impressed with how user friendly it is. I've started running email campaigns using their lovely designs. Looking forward to continuing to use Omnisend!

Great Automation marketing tool you want to use. It is very easy to use and make email look very professional. I felt more confident about emails that would be read by my customers instead of thrown away.

La Petite Peste - Lingerie Thanks to Omnisend for an easy working app, and multi-language email option! After trying another app for mailing, and be veryyyy disapointed whit it, (K******), having big trouble to import customer list, and after two hour of work on the app , finally ready to send and..... account suspended for verification!!! (since i was a new customer, be aware) ..... i needed to send my marketing email NOW.... Finally , after les than 1 hour on Omnisend, account setup and emails sent!!!! Better layout, user friendly!

THIS APP WOULD ONLY LET ME SUBMIT IF I GAVE IT 5 STARS REALITY 1 STAR just downloaded this app no instructions - so if you feel like tinkering with another email provider for an hour or so go ahead you have been warned - I think it is free but after start up it gives you 14 day trial so after 14 days you may/may not be charged.

I am using Omnisend for my marketing email campaigns. So far the app is very user-friendly, intuitive, great features. Predefined workflows and templates are useful and helped me create campaigns and automation quickly. Their support team is very responsive and knowledgeable. Their pricing is also great. Integration with shopify seamlessly. Highly recommend it!

We have nothing but great things to say about Omnisend. We did a great deal of research before choosing Omnisend and we are not disappointed! It takes a while to get the hang of creating the forms and campaigns but once you get the hang of it, you can quickly create your email automations. We haven't used the SMS function but this was one of the reasons we chose Omnisend and we look forward to getting this started.

So far I am very pleased with Omnisend. It is very intuitive and easy to use. I love the ability to choose products from my store with the product picker so I can quickly promote them to my customers. The ability to segment customers by previous purchases etc. is also really useful.

I had so many problems with Klaviyo and my new subscribers not receiving any welcome emails...and I lost so many sales....so, I made the switch! And BOOM, Omnisend had it working within 20 mins, with their 24/7 support. Thank you so much!
