Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Yo, I really like this app so far, easy to import subscribers, and I love the email automation, I am giving it a try, hope to see how many sales go up because of using this app! Cheers.

I haven't launched my site yet, but have been busy making sure the back of house systems are in place. Soundest has helped me with this by providing an easy to use template/s for each and every incidence I need them. In all reality, I haven't launched my site yet because I have been sending out email marketing to my target market in "practical stuff" (school uniform hair accessories), and they have been actually buying (!) prior to launch of the "fun stuff" (cute accessories for young girls)! I suppose that's a good position to be in!? I'd say they're worth a go :)

I was a little confused at first as the set up is different to the provider I had been using before, but actually, it turned out to be very simple with some great features and the feedback that allows to you see exactly how many sales your email has generated, is really helpful.

The app is easy to use, it is the best mailing system what i have use up to now. I am still ok with the app. Ralf

The cart abandonment features have clawed back what could have been lost revenue. We'rejust getting around to trialling other features - next up is creating a newsletter!

Simply put, this app is Mind Blowing! And talk about the support you get! Instant replies, no hassle, friendly and efficient. Seeming less implementation, literally click and sell. When I contacted them was to confirm features and they had them all! One very happy seller here!

Really like this app, very intuitive - just love how easy it is to add products to the newsletter. Customer service excellent too - had a query which was resolved swiftly by Veronika

Great product - we personally prefer it to Mail Chimp, if all works well we may upgrade in the future. I would not start your free trial too quick though as we did it when we had a low email capture rate and didn't really get to test it, should have waited.

The app is pretty awesome, very easy to use like Mailchimp. Everything was going great, and I was loving the app. That is until I sent my very first Email to the subscribers Soundest gathered from our Shopify store customers. I've been using Mailchimp for years and never had an issue. However, with my first email with this App, it was stopped after about 20 minutes, because of poor metrics??? Like I said, never had an issue with my Mailchimp account, or poor metrics. I was considering ditching Mailchimp and using this as my new Newsletter program, but I don't know now. I have a huge list in Mailchimp that I haven't even imported yet. I only sent the email to what Soundest gathered from our shopify customers as a test. Anyway, disappointing, really like this app's features.
