We used this app to send our Black Friday sale email campaign and it was a great experience. Very easy and straightforward to use! Awesome alternative to Mailchimp.

Mailchimp could learn from Omnisend. The product picker is a feature that's incredibly useful as no need for worrying over placement or alignment issues, really simple and user friendly assuming you're not a first timer. Well done!

I am using the app to help boost my email marketing and loving all the features so far. I think the app could improve by having more tutorials on how to use each marketing campaign because it can be very confusing.

Very easy to use, I love it! Have used GetResponse and Mailchimp in the past and have to say this is very user friendly and I can't see past it!

We just started to use it and it's so intuitive and easy! We still have to test some important features like Abandoned Cart, but we sent the first email and it was great!

I just started to use this app today to design my email I was able to do it really fast, made corrections and finally learned how to import my previous email sign- ups from Privy. Super easy all the way around. I LOVE this app!

Great APP. Template choices are many and are modern, clean and very easy to navigate. Can customize templates as well with no coding knowledge needed.

I finally decided to try Omnisend for my email marketing after a year using one of the other REALLY big ones out there. Importing a file of my 2000 contacts was a piece of cake. The Omnisend templates and content editor were quite a bit simpler to use and the result...way more professional looking. Experiment over! I'm going with Omnisend.

I signed up, spent a couple hours designing a really cool email to our customers, was so excited about launching it to only to have our account suspended. They are asking me to clean up my customer email list. It was even mentioned that emails over a year old need to be removed because they could potentially be unmonitored addresses or possible emails that were not opted-in by the customer. So right off the bat they are accusing me of being a Spammer. This is rubbish because our list is from customer who either signed up in our store or online to receive updates, coupons, and so forth from us. After reading the lower rated reviews I see that I am not the only one that encountered this.
