I installed and removed several apps in Shopify before going ahead with Omnisend. So much easier than others I've tried, the customer support is incredibly good - can't say enough good things about them! So far extremely positive experience

Omniesend has become my favorite email marketing tools. The integration with our Shopify store has been seamless and makes segmentation super easy! They have made it super easy to stay consistent and drive more revenue. And Melanie, our Customer Success Manager has been amazing! She's helped us make sure our account is properly set up and gives tips to help maximize ROI with Omnisend.

Super easy app and straight to the point no fluff, wish they had countdown timer widget, but would highly recommend if you are just starting out.

I haven't gotten into learning and using all the aspects of Omnisend, but I have done quite a bit of research and inquired on referrals and most people said that Omnisend is the outfit to use for ecommerce growth. I am hoping that that is the case with my brand, The Cows Go Moo! Children's picture book and Moo Merch!

I love Omnisend! The platform is really easy to use, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes running campaigns simple. The pricing is also very fair — definitely much more affordable than Klaviyo. What I appreciate the most is the support. My customer success manager, Danyu, has been amazing. She’s professional, responsible, and always takes the time to guide me whenever I need help. She doesn’t just answer questions, she gives thoughtful advice and practical solutions that really make a difference. On top of that, she’s such a kind and approachable person, which makes working with her a great experience. With Danyu’s help, plus Omnisend’s 24/7 customer service team that always responds quickly, I feel fully supported. Omnisend isn’t just a platform — it feels like having a team that truly cares about my success.

Omnisend is extremely efficient to use, with a highly user-friendly UI and thoughtful design in every operational detail. Their customer service responds online very promptly—typically with a real person addressing our various questions within ten minutes. We've been long-term users for years, spending a few thousand dollars monthly on fees, but the cost-performance ratio is still very high. The account manager provides us with plenty of global perspectives and professional advice. I hope Omnisend continues to grow stronger and stronger.

We really enjoy using Omnisend, it integrates seamlessly with Shopify, which makes our workflow so much smoother. The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate, which saves us a lot of time.
