best app i've ever used so far on shopify. so much better than mailchimp and klaviyo. customer service is awesome too

So easy to use! There are some limitations but you can work around most. Great program for non-coders and coders alike.

Very easy to sign up but difficult to cancel. No phone number and oftentimes you wait ridiculously long to have an online chat. I sent 1 email for $150. They were totally unwilling to help me out in any way.

Support is very very good. very user-friendly application. free limit is good enough. Great for newbies like me.
