Fantastic app! User friendly. It allows one to get creative with their email marketing. Includes "Wheel of Fortune", "Gift Box" or "Scratch off" effects. Some of the forms are order follow up; customer re-activation, cart recovery. Create pop-ups and offer discounts for email sign-up. One of the best apps that I am using.

Soundest has solved so many of the problems that we had with setting up Email Marketing for our Shopify store. Many of the other apps that we have tried before were often too complicated (Features Not focused on ecommerce!) and needed too many additional steps to get started. Soundest worked right out of the box! They also have amazing customer service! Fast Response times (Less than 10 mins on average). A defining moment in our ecommerce careers!!! So far, so good! Let's see how well my email does out there :) I liked the ease of customizing my email, as well as all of the options they offer. I would definitely recommend.

I am adding ANOTHER Update as of Nov 5 2019, to my 5-Star review, because honestly these guys flat out deserve it. I had a Billing Issue, that I did not discover for 3 Months, and when I did discover it, and let them know about it, they showed 100% INTEGRITY and credited it back to me. Honestly most companies would hide behind some type of "Policy" or whatever, but Serge and Katherine and the support Team at OMNISEND not only did NOT do that, they did the right thing and continue to provide outstanding support. I have been using these guys since they were Soundest, and now in their new form of OMNISEND. I am Updating their REVIEW because they are added SO MANY great features that it is amazing. Personally I have found most Email Marketing platforms as "sensory overload", and it also took me 15 steps to remember that I had done previously. These guys have done a GREAT job of being VERY POWERFUL but making it easy for us busy Entrepreneurs. I have Enabled many of their awesome features, and still have more to do. I moved over to Soundest from Mailchimp as I just couldn't get Mailchimp to work. Soundest has amazing chat support, is any easy app to navigate and works just fine. Perfect for my small-size business email capture needs!

Really easy to use! The only thing I'd recommend is adding a color 'picker' tool so I could use my font colors on text but other than that, great!

Awesome App with some really great features. I like that I can pick product from my store and add them to an email, right from the email creator. It's extremely helpful

I love this app because it is very user friendly!

First, I have to say that it was a little bit confusing at first to navigate where everything was. That being said, within 10 minutes I was starting my first email campaign, imported almost 800 email contacts within seconds, had professional templates laid out before me and easy to use, and spent a total of 30 minutes. It was a great first-time experience and gives usable features in the free version unlike so many other apps.
