Like it so far, just wish the lowest paid plan was a little cheaper. Trying to keep overhead costs as low as possible. It's a lot easier to use than mail chimp.

An impressive app for designing and sending bulk emails. Very good real-time reporting of how many people are opening the email and where they are clicking on the page you send.

I've been using the free version so far, and I like the design options and the templates. The inclusion of products and coupons is easy, more so with the paid version where you can directly link to your product catalog. Reporting is detailed and gives you all the pertinent information, incl. opens and clicks by device; best reporting feature is the revenue generated from an email campaign.

Great ! Got lots of sales. Only comment would be that the cart recovery email timings are could do with some flexibility.

I receive numerous emails everyday about SEO and how to improve online marketing. I like reading the Soundest news and tips from the mostly obvious but havent got time to do, to the development of campaigns. I have used the email campaigns which have effectively increased our take up of online ordering for wholesalers, and been a way to connect with our telephone customers online. I am sure this has helped our sales. Keep on doing your good work.

Simple to use, very user friendly. I've wanted something like this for a good while, but no one product did it all - until now. Pleased I found it! Note added 13 December. Unfortunately I found that if any of your customers are using Norton Virus protector this site is flagged as a Phishing Site when using the scratchcard template. I advised Soundest and was advised I would get a reply about this in 24 hours. Four days later I asked them again, and was advised that the issue had been passed somewhere else and I would be advised in due course! I stand by my initial comments, but this is clouding my opinion. Do not use the Scratchcard template until it is fixed. Norton blocks the site and it reflects on your site to your customer. At this stage I am only on the 14 days trial,(8 days left) so may look elsewhere in the meantime. 4 Days later I'm told in an email - Final Update! the problem is fixed. And it seems to be so well done on that. I like the product, but the service levels need to be worked on. Final Update indeed. If they would have said - Thank you for taking the time to highlight an issue that could have shown users of our product in a bad light to potentially millions of their customers, The problem has now been rectified. that would have been customer service. And if there had been a by the way we recognize how this could have looked to your customers here is 3 months free premium services for your time and effort, that would have been customer retention. Never mind!! I will trial this for a few months - solely because Shopify have validated them. I will keep looking elsewhere however. Nice product generally, customer service and response times are lacking.

Unfortunately, after being a subscriber for over 8 years, I am forced to give this application a negative review. As a long-term customer, I expect more from this service. The application, unfortunately, has begun to disregard customer loyalty and implement strange policies and techniques that harm the customer's website. Due to a questionable rating from an unknown website, the application has permanently closed my account and blocked my messaging, claiming that I was sending spam. Ironically, the application itself collected the subscriber lists for the mailing list and is responsible for all emails sent. This means that if there is any suspicion of spamming or collecting subscribers improperly, the application itself is the cause (of course, a representative from the application will deny this, but it is the truth). I contacted reputable and well-known websites to evaluate the status of my domain (Shopify, GoDaddy, Cisco reputation check) and they confirmed that there is no problem with the website and they do not know what this website used by the application as a reference (spamhause) is. I have been a customer and subscriber to the application since 2016, which is more than 8 years, and I pay around $250 to $350 or more per month. However, it seems that the application has changed in terms of management or policy, unfortunately, for the worse. Now, after paying for a full package worth $250, my account was blocked after only 3 days of subscription. Strangely, the application refuses to refund the subscription fee. Unfortunately, the application has lost the loyalty of a customer for over 8 years and has received a negative review. I do not recommend this application to anyone and I will do so based on my work in the field of Shopify website development.

OMG!!! Awesome App!! My first time using and it was easy breezy as 1-2-3!! I wish had taken advantage of the FREE TRAIL period which included the premium features, however the app is worth the monthly fee for the features it provides. Super user friendly, and I will be using Soudest for all of my customer service needs!!

I just set up my first e-mail blast with Soundest and it really could not have been easier. Customizing my own theme was quick and intuitive. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get more out of their e-mail lists!

Great app. We use it for re-marketing and to send customers discount offers for future purchases. So far, customers have been responding and returning to buy at a good rate.

Fairly easy to use. I like the weekly stats that they send of how many subscribers you have on your mailing list
