Updated Review---- Much improved. Seems a lot more stable now. Earlier review---- Good when it works. Unfortunately though, have to agree with the review by Sydney Vapor Premium E-Juice. When the server is up, it works great, problem is more often than it should be, it's down. This means whilst able to sign-in, it lags, can't edit or create email campaigns, which is the main purpose of this app. 502 Bad Gateway is the error message received. Hopefully, this is problem will be rectified soon. This could be a fantastic app because it pulls products from your store, more customization options would be nice though.

Highly recommend Soundest. It's easy and effective with great design tools and reports so you can really see who's listening out there.

What can I say about Omnisend, they are one of THE BEST apps out there! My newsletters look great and are so incredibly easy to build! And their customer service is top notch! Highly recommend!

Great service! It's really helpful to look at the delivery report to see who opened and who did not. Clean, easy newsletter!

i've been using soundest for about three years now, since i started my website, and i've been really very happy. over the years, i've seen the functionality expand a lot, and service has been really good. the interface is really simple to work with, and yet flexible at the same time. highly recommended!

Sent my first marketing email within 2 days and received 3 sales in the first 2 hours! Intuitive application, makes it a pleasure to design and send new emails. Excellent all round.

WOW, that was easy! I'm not that computer savvy, but I had my first newsletter sent out within 15 minutes! This is one of the best apps I have found - deliver my products so they look as beautiful as they are to my customers and potential customers. Great job Soundest!

So far it worked great for a free service! We have 20k subscribers so far so we can send out 5 a month which seems perfect for not over throttling our users. Hopefully more will be implemented theme wise as sticking to their current themes are sort of lack luster but get the point across. Of course it seems still in development so 5 outta 5 from us over here! Also the whole be able to pick what product you want to promote is a freaking time saver and a half! Thank you.

Awesome app... and it's Free! I needed a quick and easy way to send New Product emails to our customers. This app made it simple to build a newsletter using a customize, pre-made template. Exactly what I was looking for. And did I mention that it is free? Thank You!

Very easy app to use. No need to spend hours writing code. Everything is pretty much done for you. Just add pictures and text and you are done. I would definitely recommend this app.

I downloaded this app last month with the intentions on using it for my store. I never had a chance to actually use the app but had installed it into my theme. I noticed I was not receiving as much mail from my customers as usual on my site, after awhile I noticed my shopify contact box on my site was not working and had not been ever since I downloaded this app to my store. After spending an hour on the phone with Shopify, we discovered that this single app interferes with the send button of Shopify's contact box. After removing this app, everything works fine again and my contact box is now working. This app has caused me to lose a ton of business and countless customers as they think they are sending me an email, but we never received it. I cannot tell you how upset I am that I trusted an app like this to help my business, when it actuality it cost me a fortune over lost sales and angry customers. You guys really need to look into this issue. Shopify has confirmed the issue and is escalating it to the top. Hopefully someone from Shopify reaches out to you guys so you can get this fixed and you don't affect anyone else's business.
