great app. they've really upgraded over the past few years. I feel its right on par with Klaviyo. Best of all, the customer service is outstanding which is why i think it stands above Klaviyo. great features, great service and the pricing tiers are much more affordable for everyone whether your just starting out or an ecommerce vet. The interface is also much more beginner friendly which is why i was drawn to it in the first place.

Use to use Klavyio but it was always headaches and complications, Omnisend is intuitive and much much easier to use and keep a lot of customisation available when you need it. FIVE STARTS for me! get it and thank me later.

Omnisend is the best email marketing software I have ever used, its easy of use and compatibility with shopify stores make it a breeze to send those weekly emails and it has fantastic automations to put abandoned carts and customer retention on autopilot. Thank you!
