This was my first experience with business email marketing. I was really surprised how easy it was to set up! Every step was spelled out for me and easy to follow. I'm very Happy!

Very easy to use and the workflow system is pretty nice to follow. I am very satisfied by working with this app and the sales are good as well.

It's really user-friendly and intuitive. Saved me lots of time! Like the templates, could add more to add variety!

Good app. Very functional. The only reason for a four star review is a past encounter with a customer service representative named Veronika. Veronika was rude despite my 2 years of loyalty with Omnisend. Veronika treated me, a loyal customer, like crap and randomly decided to raise my prices by 250%. I strongly recommend using Omnisend however do your best to avoid talking to Veronika. If she messages you, do not respond. UPDATE: Veronika is no longer working at Omnisend and therefore I have no complaints against this company. Veronika was a truly odious character however Omnisend fixed this problem.

I just set up my first campaign and everything was easy and smooth. I like the fact that I can "save as" template so I can reuse the same configuration again in the future. Integration with Shopify is great!

I used this app with my website, RingTechShop.com to automate email campaigns. It was way easier than doing it manually through Gmail. Highly recommend!

Im just getting my shop together so I haven't really gotten into depth into the app yet but I haven't really ran into any snags or anything, its been pretty smooth and easy to run, I have enjoyed it so far.

Very easy to use! I like to choose the menu myself and create the newsletter like I would like. Only I don't understand, how to select the email adresses and put new one

I'm using this app not only to help with my automate emails, and write newsletters, but to also generate more leads. It's very user-friendly and helps you step-by-step along the way. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely love this app! Super intuitive, really easy to do what you want to do. Customization is on point, and customer service as well. They replied within 5 min even though I'm on a free plan for now. Great app!
