I just added this app today and it was so user-friendly. I have already set up an email campaign for my subscribers as well as an automation email for new subscribers. Not sure when I will be prompted to start paying, but so far it has been easy to use.

Omnisend is my favorite tool to send out email marketing and SMS. I love the fact that it allows me to customize my email template, so I can make it look just the way I want. I also love the flexibility of being able to send SMS and abandon cart messages. This tool is so easy to use that I even have my mom, who is not technical at all, sending out emails for me.
